Keith was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. I must share that I was not impressed that I had to travel to Moose Jaw from Regina to pick up a truck. This costed me a significant amount of time and money on my moving day. Given the circumstances, I would have expected a discount for the added inconvenience. Instead, I was charged 160 $when the same truck would have cost me 30 $had it been available in Regina.

If you are forcing a 13 $payment for 2 litres gas by saying you have the picture showing the gas was low and when I asked for showing the picture then saying you have deleted it. Great eyes for spotting 2 litres of gas is short:):), really?

The uhaul worked very well. It cost a list more than we'd expected - mileage is high. The wait time at the counter when returning the vehicle was quite long due to only one person working.

Keith at Moose jaw was wonderful to work with. Sharlene from "Traffic" was aweful we called to make sure our reservation we made a week in advance was in Regina and it wasnt, go figure this is not new or unusual for us that's why we call ahead, so we had to pick up in another city and asked to be reimbursed for the troubles and gas costs to us driving 50 minutes each way. Sharlene hung up on my husband after being on the phone with her for an hour and getting no where on his work time, he then called back and she got his file again and within a minute hung up on him AGAIN!!! What kind of customer service is that? I don't understand how you can treat customers that way especially in her position, if you don't like dealing with disputes Sharlene you need to change departments and I also recommend some wine and bath because you sound miserable. I recommend to U-haul to hire people who care about helping people and your customers not someone who hangs up on people, not only is it immature but highly unprofessional.

I reserved a month ahead and I am so disappointed that it was not reserved when I went to see if it was available at the start of my 24 hour time slot. I am so sorry I got the run around and then was told that I could only have it for a few hours and had to have it back early. I am sorry that they never said they were sorry for this but just that it was the way it was. I am sorry I didn't rent a truck from a car rental place . I don't how you stay in business but I guess its the low cost. I had a real education. It's that real business success doesn't apply to u-haul. Thank you for maybe reading this.

Service rep checked signal, brake and hazard lights after hook up. Noticed next day when it was dark that tailights were not working. This should have been noted when I picked up the trailer. The outside of the trailer was quite dirty and floor inside was covered with dirt.

The check-out process was a bit clunky and time-consuming, notwithstanding that almost all of the information had been provided via the website and a telephone call before arrival. The truck was not fuelled up which we found very inconvenient. The website is very good however and easy to navigate.

First, it was very annoying that I needed to drive to a different city from where I had booked to pick up the trailer. Second, there was a damaged hitch from the previous customer and I had to drive to another location to get it fixed. It took a lot of extra time, when I should have been packing.

Truck appeared clean from a distance, but on closer inspection, there seemed to be mud left on the back bumper from a previous operator. Dashboard had been wiped, but floor was not clean. There was also a layer of dust over the entire truck, but I feel that at least was inevitable given its location on an unpaved road.

Everything was good except when you have a tow dolly I think there should be something looked into about only being able to do 90kms on the highway may cause an accident someday

We received excellent customer service. Included mileage was calculated as if driving through the United States when we could only travel through Canada. We did not have to pay for the extra mileage as the return depot made the correct adjustments.

Have your call centre in the USA inform customers in Canada that pick up is not guaranteed when making a reservation. This put additional fuel cost to pick up truck an hour away and drive back to load items then having to flip the fuel cost again. I was basically given 14 dollars back from franchise owner to cover 50 bucks in additional fuel cost that I incurred then refund cost for damage deposit which was 125 deposit. The franchise owner was understanding; however, corporate should be refunding my fuel cost since franchise owner only gets a small portion of rental cost. It's corporates responsibility to train there employees at the call centre. Situation could have been avoided if call centre employees were told to say that verbatim during the registration. If it wasn't for the franchise in Moose Jaw and Regina being professional about the situation. I would have called a moving company and paid 1 000 just to avoid the situation because corporate seems to not care anymore about customer service anymore. Something for corporate to think about or ignore it.

The inside of the trailer was filthy and unfortunately we didn't look inside until we were ready to load. Whoever had it last must have hauled dirt in it or had very muddy feet.

Ordered a 5x8 single axle trailer for173 $. Was told they don't have one so we could have the 6x12 trailer for the same price. Got charged for the full price of the 6x12. Liars,cheats,and horrible business practice. Stealing money. Will buy an enclosed trailer for 5 000 $rather then having crooks get away with this crap. Won't happen again. Never got an official receipt as this way they can cheat you. You can improve by becoming honest but you won't.

I was very disappointed that I had to go to Moose Jaw instead of my preferred pick up location of Weyburn. I also had to call and find this out myself rather than uhaul being proactive and telling me. If I had waited until 6pm the day before my entire move would have been thrown off. Customers should be notified well in advance if they need to travel to get their vehicle as special accommodations need to be made

Staff/owner were rude and unhelpful. Instead of working with us to resolve our issue they became hostile and blamed us. Uhaul finally compensated us, but All Secure should have dealer status revoked.
