Terry SI was told a much different price and w we hen it was my last moment to pick up the UHaul, they charged me a much increased price and gave me misleading information. I got frustrated and argued but had no choice in the moment other than taking the truck and leave as it was a weekend and I had people ready to load the truck. I need to talk to senior management and I would like to get only the extra money they forced on me, to be reimbursed. If they would have told me that price from the starting, I would have paid it but getting it in an unethical way, I will not willing to accept it. I have already taken the "traffic" number from where I returned the truck last evening and will call them to register my complaint today.
Ajay CFix your app. Last two times I tried to use it it locked up requiring me to restart my phone.

Kurston CAll secure storage was excellent in helping us out with our u-haul.
Lonnie HMake sure the equipment is 100 % serviceable. Our truck experienced some transmission issues by not going into drive holding us up for 20 minutes without the ability to move.
Gilles DPickup location was fine. Online system was a pain to use would prefer to speak with a person.

MJ FPick up and drop off went smoothly. I was disappointed that the trailer was so dirty, both inside and out. Everything worked well however so no real issues. I was more disappointed that the dispatching office (Winnipeg) didn't put much effort into this rental. They made one attempt to call to tell me that the trailer I requested wasn't available, but didn't even leave a message when I didn't answer quick enough at 7:00 am. When I called to check on the rental, they weren't very helpful in finding a replacement trailer and didn't call back as promised. The booking process was difficult because of this. I think it would have helped if they were more accommodating in checking other nearby locations.

krystal pNot a thing. The ladies at this location were SUPER accommodating. I have rented in other locations and this location is BY FAR the best. I have never had any mechanical issues with the equipment at this location and that can mot be said of other locations that I lost 2 wheels on a trailer. So I would rent from this location everytime if at all possible. Thanks ladies from the Caribou St East location in Moose Jaw, SK. Your dedication to customers is awesome! Very much appreciated!

Eugenie D24/7 pickup was having issues apparently. Arrived for our pickup time, and the website was telling me I had to wait until the location was open. We left and came back around 9. On a side note someone from Yorkton, SK had called after we were gone and noticed we had issues. They helped correct things and everything worked when we went back just a bit before 9 am.

Keith TMy only disappointment was that we were 1/16 shy of the amount of gas that was in the tank when we picked it up and were charged $22. Seems like a lot.
Derek MThe location is great and the staff were awesome BUT you as UHAUL have not equipped this location properly to handle the u-boxes. The tractor at my location was unable to lift the weight of the box. I had to empty the box nearly 50 % before it was able to be lifted onto a trailer. I was very disappointed about this as I was told this wouldn't be an issue at all and was not notified about any issues with the weight before it arrived. I ended up having to do many loads back and forth to empty the trailer enough to be lifted. I was very disappointed to find that UHaul doesn't provided there providers with the equipment to actually execute on their services. This cost me hours and hours of time, work, gas, etc because of this and I was quite disappointed. I feel I should receive some sort of compensation for this as I confirmed with a number of staff before hand that there would be no issue and when there was I got the run around from many staff on the phone. Some telling me I would need to rent a truck and that trailers were unavailable at my location which was not accurate, then I was told that I was over weight on my boxes, on top of this I was never notified when my boxes arrived. I happen to see when I logged in that they had arrived but I had to talk to 3 reps before someone could confirm they had arrived as well. Overall it was not a great experience but that was not because of the locations I was picking up from, it was because of larger issues outside of their responsibility. I would be happy to talk with someone to go over everything here if thats helpful and do expect to hear from someone as a follow up to this all.
Understandably, after a long weekend, there was little opportunity to check the multiple returned units by opening time when I arrived to pick up my unit.

Rhonda HI booked a 10 ft truck, it was dirty, In Canada Km would be nice, the vehicle Miles per hour. The website and what was charged were different! 0,79 online, $1,27 when picking up vehicle. Vehicle was not full of gas but just over half, so I returned in the same way, (this is what they told me to do! I was charged to fill it up ! after dropping it off! phoned and talked with owner, he said I cant help you right now can you call tommorow? total of bill should have been $145,19 including rental, km, safe trip, gst and pst. I was charged $207,96

GARY SStaff/owner were rude and unhelpful. Instead of working with us to resolve our issue they became hostile and blamed us. Uhaul finally compensated us, but All Secure should have dealer status revoked.
