Ganesh SMy problem with this rental was that I reserved the trailer in Whitestown, trailer was not there had to go to Sheridan to pick up trailer. This was very much a inconvenience, put me behind my scheduled pick up for the vehicle I was hauling and had to make other arraignment's to get vehicle

Gregg mWas told my trailer in one town and so I arrived there only to find out they switched it on me without letting me know. Had to drive 30 minutes farther to get it.
Julie OI rented the equipment but returned it within an hour of rental and was told I couldn't get a refund. That's very disappointing due to the fact that I couldn't even utilize the rental due to it not fitting the vehicle I was towing. Although I should've checked all the measurements prior, it seems U-Haul should be refund me due to non use of equipment.
