I know it was hard for me to make payments and I understand that's why my unit was sold but there could have been a little more understanding on the facilities part helping people keep there units.. I just lost alot of valuables and sentimental things..

There was never anyone in the office, and our items were full of mouse droppings and many things were water damaged.

This facility is not user friendly for travel trailer storage, not enough space in the yard. Someone needs to clean up the pallets and debris along the fence line.

In the entire time I had the storage unit I never seen or spoke with anyone. The office was closed due to covid which I understand. I was able to rent the unit at the kiosk without contact with anyone. I paid with auto pay monthly without contact. But for some reason when I wanted to stop renting I couldn't do that through the kiosk and I was told I needed to provide written notice of leaving by the 20th of the month. I moved out on the 13th and put a hand written not in the Dropbox at the office door. Hopefully this is enough. Possibly add the ability to end the rental agreement through the kiosk. Thank You... I rented a "cube" and when I went to it the cube had a hole in it and the bottom was wet. I called back and I was told that there was nothing else available in the size I needed. I have received an email that I moved out, and it was dated one day after I paid for my unit but I'm still waiting on my refund because I never m9ved in - not even for one day.

Even when my unit was one broken into when some kids broke into a few units. Staff here were so kind and thorough in making sure nothing was taken and that I was taken care of. I only left because I lost my job and couldn't afford the unit anymore

We moved out of outside spot for the camper. We picked it up the same way we dropped it off. Well lit very secure.

I was supposed to receive a call on several occasions regarding access and billing issues and never did. I also have an issue with having to be out of the unit by the 22nd to avoid paying for another full month rent.

Good facility and staff. I was told over the phone initially I would receive my first months rent for free and then was charged for my first month. other then this, no issues.
