We rented a unit off the U-Haul website. That portion of the journey was easy, however, when we arrived at the unit, it was an offsite unit third-party, and we were told that the price from online is different than what they will be charging us. U-Haul was called and we were disconnected twice trying to resolve the issue. They said it was an issue between the third-party and myself. However, we purchased the unit through U-Haul and my contract has uhaul as its letterhead. The process was frustrating and uncalled for. The price quoted me on line should have been the price we got. Issue still not resolved.

I got transferred to Clifton park and gave ample time and notice that I couldn` t use it for Oct and you could have or could use it for another person 100 dollars means a whole lot more to me right now seriously if you could find it in your heart to refund the money just put it back into my account you have the account number or send a check to 1068 co. Rte 29 olmstedville n.y. 12857 Deborah Raymond please try to be accommodating I could really use it right now I" m in the middle of a divorce trying to find a place to live living in a motel fight running out of money please help if you can the only one with me right now is God thanks

Tara was a pleasure to deal with. I had read on-line that some people had a problem with mice. We did NOT as we were proactive and put down mice poison, moth balls, left dryer sheets in the drawers and did NOT leave any perishables in the unit. I can't thank Tara enough for her helpfulness.

Trying to contact someone hear was next to impossible. When our unit was broken into, I never got an answer back from Carol on what happened to the second lock. She knows what I am talking about. This was a horrible experience and I wish the place would close. I am out over $3 000 from what was stolen.

I am not sure who moved my stuff. I am in California due to the pandemic. I have lost everything my company, my car and my home. I was hoping to check in with them next week as I will be adding in your area. I'm assuming you sold my stuff. I was contacted months ago but couldn't get to NY..

On many occasions I ask for the door to be fits and it was not. I could not Excess my unit unless I use the hammer and a screwdriver to open the door I told customer service they replaced a lock but the door was never fix. So I called again she said she would send someone over no one ever came. I moved out on December 31st and was still charge for January and they had the key The entire January so I call to request my money back and was not even given a call back. I'm very disappointed with the Service I received. I feel like I was robbed and taken advantage of.the People over the phone are rude and obnoxious. I would not send my worst enemy there. I have a small business that needs storage never ever again would I use all storage. And every investor /real estate person I meet I will let them know all storage is horrible. And I would like my money back for January. I called on 1/2/21 ,1/6/21 1/14/21. Not getting any call back. I can't believe u-Haul affiliated with this company . I don't want to talk to anyone there so if that's how this is resolved I would rather let them keep the money so I don't ever have to speak to them again.

Mice poop ALL over my belongings!!! Ruined blankets from chewing and urine. Ruined cardboard boxes with mice urine & items in the boxes. Called and was told I should expect it!

Manager showed up an hour late, took off work, took me two hours round trip to get there. The unit is nice, but there is no security gate or cameras and $20 non refundable key deposit.

I was mislead at first with the website saying 1 month free sterage and after I booked found out it didn`t apply for me because it was the wrong area even tho it popped up as a location.

someone met me at 4:30 and he was really pleasant and great to deal with. thanks bruce for setting me up with the storage unit. It was just want I wanted and very clean.
