The guy that runs this place arrived 45 mins late. Charged me 2 full days and I returned the truck same day, only had it for 7 hours. Run down operation. I suggest Uhaul remove their trucks from this location.

Excellent service
Truck are sitting off pavement and almost knee high grass. I picked up the truck at night so it was dark and pretty sketchy.
Very hard to rent. Had to leave multiple references just to rent a dolly. The facility is a gas station, and not really focused on the uhaul side of the business.
I did not get the dolly or pads but I was charged for them. Please correct this within 72 hours or I will request a chargeback.

The guy was 35 minutes late for my pickup time, meaning I was late to meet my movers. He was sweeping out the truck when I walked around to the back. He also said I couldn't park my truck there which seemed very odd given the nature of renting a truck. Then, he asked me to park in a mud pit. He made me pick up my truck 5 hours later because he had other customers, but the parking lot was empty both in the morning and afternoon when I picked up my truck. I would not recommend this location. The convenience store is disgusting and should be shut down from all the standing water on the floor and mold in the corners.

Would have be nice to have a 26ft truck closer to me. The dealer close to me did not have any.
the franchise owner was rude on the phone, he would not hook up the uhaul for me and said that cost extra. when i refused to pay extra for hookup he said he woul do it as a "favor". The guy had no idea how to hook up a trailer and i had to show him how to do the safety chains. the uhaul trailer was parked in the mud and my truck almost got stuck pulling it out.
My original rental was confirmed available at a location close to where the move was taking place. upon arrival, my rental was not available. I was re-directed to a much less convenient location. To add to the inconvenience Interstate 45 was shut down. I have to ensure over 3 hours of traffic to get to and then return the rental due to the location change. I was told I would receive a $50 credit on my rental, which did not happen. additionally, I estimated & was charged for 60 miles, only ended up going 26 miles. I was not provided a new receipt of charge reflecting the reduced mileage charge - should have been credited 37.09 for mileage. The gentleman that assisted me upon checking was very nice. the person who checked me out upon return. He was rude an not accommodating. He indicated I left alot of dirt in the back of the vehicle, which was not true. when I picked it up it had dirt in the back. I swept it prior to return. I hauled ONE load so it was not likely dirty anyway but I swept it none the less. This could have all been prevented and 3 extra hours of my time given back to me IF someone had called to let me know I needed to change locations for the rental.
