Tonya KinneyArrived to find location closed and locked during hours it was listed as "open". Repeated phone calls were not answered. Spent 30 minutes on the side of a busy US441 highway on the phone with U-haul customer support in order to return the truck using the online App. Would not recommend this location, at all.

liliam naserThe owner of the store was not at the location and we had to wait on him even after we made a reservation. When we arrived the gate was locked so we asked his next door neighbor if he had seen owner or the store and he said he hadn't and the store has inconsistent hours

JAMES POLICASTROAbsolute worst service I have ever gotten from u-haul!! Attendant would not help me park trailer or remove it from my truck!! I am 66 yrs old and it was very heavy!! He had no jack or equipment to remove it with!! Terrible location!!

Donna StewartThe customer service at this location was absolutely horrendous. He charged my card $100 without asking for my permission, and without telling me the amount first. He then proceeded to yell and argue with me when I inquired about the charge! He was very rude and never once apologized. He also had no idea what he was doing and was extremely slow. I wouldn't recommend this place AT ALL.

JAMES WARNERDifferent location from original. Spent an hour on the phone with customer service to try and get my original pickup location corrected. They told me there was nothing they could do despite me having to spend more money on gas to get to the new location (which was 15 miles further out of town). Lots of confusion throughout the process on the part of every employee I came into contact with.

elmer dvonchThey were not even open and I had to park the truck up to the fence and leave keys in mail box. No drop box for keys. I just got a call from uhaul asking where I dropped it off at as if they did not even process the truck when they re opened on Monday
