It says you can return the trailer 24 hours a day, however they are closed after 5pm. I was supposed to turn in my trailer Saturday at 0800 however they didn't show up until 0900. I was charged by U-Haul and extra 30 dollars.

The dolly had no screws in it so as we were transporting a dresser the whole bottom part of the dolly along with the dresser fell down the stairs damaging the stairs. We were left with the handle in hand.

The return locations were not clear. initiall location given to return at 11 am was closed the day I arrived and I had to call the Uhaul number and report the truck status over the phone. Other than than it was a good experience overall.

No place to park the truck upon returning. I returned before 5 on a Friday and the place was closed. They charged me a $25 cleaning fee and the truck was clean. I called the office and left a message but got no response. I also returned the truck wit 1/2 tank of gas when it was only required to have 1/4 but was given no credit.

The customer service here was so amazing and they were very welcoming. I went in there having a rough day but left with a smile and a warm heart. This will be my go to when I need to rent a truck for moving again'

I was charged $700 for over milage which I already paid for the first week, so I was charged double. The customer service was horrible. The cashier and manager were absolutely rude and did not explain anything also didn't give me a receipt. When I was trying to talk to her she was on her phone with an earphone in one ear acting as if I was not talking to her.

Check my truck in upon return, not take my whole deposit and make me ask for it. Not accuse me of leaving marijuana in a truck days after the return. When the truck wasn't checked upon return. Horrible service. I wouldn't recommend them to an enemy.

To have the keys where they say they should be

They had to clean it at the last minute. Word the state when a rag and never dried it. Cup holders were so nasty that when I put my drink in it the black stuff was all over my drink

Total cost ended up being more than double what I expected. I dropped the equipment off on time, but it wasn't mentioned to me prior to running my card for the first change that there was anything special that had to be done when dropping off after hours. Would have been nice to know that my $55 tow dolly rental was actually going to be $135. I would have been better off getting a tow truck instead. Felt like a bait and switch. Very unhappy and won't use uhaul again.

Nothing. When the owner saw that I was apprehensive about parking the way he first told me, he gave me 2 other options to pull in and drop including pulling over the curb and dropping it on his grass. Nice guy. Easy drop

This rental experience overall was extremely poor. I processed my reservation a day early to make this as seamless as possible and unfortunately it was anything but. My rental agreement had a pick up time of 10am and drop off time of 4pm. Which would give me enough time for what I needed. I arrived at the location at 10am only to find out they didn't open until 11am. So, instead of driving 20 minutes back home sat in the parking lot for an hour. I went in after they opened up and there was some issues with understanding the system and getting the rental taken care of. Myself and another customer getting a uhaul waited for over an hour. Finally around 12:15pm I was told I was good to go. I took care of what I need and returned the trailer at 5pm. Today, my receipt came through showing I didn't return the unit until after 6pm and I am being charged for a second rental. This is absurd. I fully expect to be contacted about this issue.
