The agent said the truck had just come back from being serviced. The truck was spotless, I was grateful for that. My only complaint is I believve they used Armour All or some other type of treatment on the steps getting into the cab. This made the steps very slipery and I almost fell a couple of times getting into and out of the truck.

Paul NEverything was good with the rental, except for the truck not having cruise control, automatic locks nor automatic windows. These things were inconvenient for me as I traveled by myself and needed to adjust the passenger side mirrors. I had to get out of the truck, unlock the door with the key and guess where to adjust the mirrors. Truck was clean, had AC and a radio. The seat was comfortable but could not find a seat back adjustment, only the seat forward adjustment.

Jason MI felt treated with a bit of discrimination or distrust for being Latino. At one point she asked: Do you know how many units have been stolen from us? Very rude comment. Like suggesting that I would steal the unit. Reason why she asked for two contacts from Sebring in order for me to take the unit. I have rented before at other locations without this hassle or stressful experience. Thanks

Roger GHave the equipment checked over BEFORE customer arrives. Customer and UHaul person Ms Virginia work for 20 minutes to get right brake and turn signal to work because of a broken wire. License plate light was not working.

JAMES RI rented a U-Haul pick up truck from this location. The truck was in horrible condition! Apparently the truck had been rented and not returned and was finally reported as stolen and finally recovered. There was quite a bit of damage to both the exterior and interior of the truck and the it had a very foul odor. If I could have gotten another truck, believe me I would have. I also discovered that the truck was not mechanically safe to drive (in my opinion). I discovered this after departure and since I new there were no other trucks available I felt I had no choice but to continue driving as safely as possible. The safty issues I discovered: To much play in the steering wheel Brakes were very "touchy" Parking lights would sometimes flicker on and off Upon return the attendant stated that she has asked her boss to please remove the truck from service and so far he has refused to do so. I have called and spoken to three different representatives about the issues with this rental and stated to all three that this truck is a driving hazard and must be removed from service. Will they listen? Very disappointed with this rental and the lack of response from U-Haul. They're has been no offer of any type of compensation. Sad!
James GI originally reserved a cargo trailer but had a issue with my tow vehicle. They were immediately to switch me to a 15' box trk. I was on a very tight schedule. They were very helpful. Thanks everyone.
JOHN CI came in to return my trailer the lady got an attitude because it was Christmas and she was apparently short handed which im sorry is not my problem at all she got an attitude because I did not have my paperwork in my hand she did not come out to tell me where to park the trailer or even to check the trailer she was rude as hell and I used to like that store now I will never go back there.
