Check and fix trucks with leaks and holes. So that customers belongings want get wet from rain etc.

Having to wait for approval for an extended period of time on the day I was moving was disturbing, nerve wracking and needs improvement.

I will never use uhual again. Was charged 90 extra miles on an in town move. There was no agreed apon millage when I picked up veichle. And no one contacted me when I tryed to dispute charges on app. Also location I picked up from and dropped off at told me they didn't rent uhauls anymore! So whomever used the truck before me that put 90 miles on it, cannot be confirmed. Very unreliable location and poor management of equipment.

I'm being charged an extra 100 miles that I did not drive. My bill is under protest at present. The invoice reflects that the truck was returned on Tuesday, August 7 when in fact it was returned Sunday night August 5.

Took me 45 mins to get a trailer. Did not help or even walk out to show us how to hook up

Our pickup location was an old run down garage. The unit was clean but had hail damage on top. The trailer was perfect for the job we needed to do.

For some reason I was told to return truck to this location which was 18 miles away when there is a very nice uhaul location a mile from my home. This caused an overage in miles which I had to pay. Also it was an unattended facility.

Office manager responsible for contract was 10-15 minutes late. Did not seem familiar with the software and was unwilling to make basic changes like removing the dolly (which we no longer needed) from the order. Didn't the usual contact paperwork. Just a printed copy of what I'd signed.

Service was excellent

Trailer tires were supposed to have 65 psi. One had 15 psi, the other had 60 psi. VERY disorganized and had to hook trailer up myself. Allen Automotive does not need to be a Uhaul franchise.

The hand lettered sign on the door said it all: "Please no spitting on the front of building." My experience went downhill from there. Dirty office in an auto mechanic's shop. No assistance from the clerk: "There's your trailer" and he walked away. If you don't know how to hook it up, you'd be out of luck. Look elsewhere for a rental.

Didn't know I could reserve. Almost never found a truck.

They were very heplful in the rental and it was a pleasant experience . Nice place to rent from

Normal person at lunch, fill in very slow, but return was done, no one hurt in the process.

I had a 26 foot truck pulling a 12 foot trailer truck had a blown tire while drivimg down highway 80 in nebraska I was all over the road and ended up in the center median.A 20 hour trip turned into 32 hours and was a nightmare. theres no reason for that if you check your trucks between each rental,it cost us extra money cause I missed a days work and we had to get a motel thet we shouldnt have,very bad experience and not real happy.
