The truck I had ran really good. Someone had spilt pop in and around the console. It was sticky. Other than that everything was great.

Service was good, truck was in good condition, only problem was that it leaked a little brake fluid but overall it helped out more then anything

The person who took the truck back was not very friendly and we told them we wanted a receipt and we never got one so we took the original paperwork back with us because he went to find “help” to print us a receipt and he never came back.

Original location was Winchester ky upon arrival equipment was not roadworthy. Not a very professional place. Had to go 20 miles out of my way after I spent a hour at original location

Uhaul’s website/app is horrible there is nothing user friendly about and it’s hard to believe that it isn’t supported by the largest single platform for IOS

The gentleman at this location was extremely nice and helpful. Informed him that the gentleman at the pick up location did not give me the contract for the rental.

Mr Park at Allen's Hardware in Clay City, Kentucky went above and beyond to help me with a rental after my previous reservation at another dealership was cancelled when someone didn't return the truck. Mr Park was kind, professional and very knowledgeable about U-Haul. He showed me a safety/tech tip about the rear door lock of the truck during the walk around. His tip saved me from getting the door stuck in the open position. I highly recommend Mr Park and Allen's Hardware in Clay City, Kentucky. I will do business with him again in the future. G. I dropped off the Uhaul on Sunday and the business is closed on Sundays.

If possible I suggest to U-haul that they have multiple keys for the trucks and then charge if they are lost instead of having the customer have to go through a lock smith.

We forgot to tell them that the truck was making a funny noise like a belt was slipping on it when we returned it. ?? May need looked at.

Pick up site was not conveniently located, it was 40 miles from my starting point outside of my town that has 3 uhaul facilities within it.

It took 2 weeks to take the extra money out of my account not kool at all

It isn't the location as much as the inconvenience of not being able to pick the uhaul up at one of the stores near I64. And I wasn't told the store would be closed or that I would need a code for a lock. So I panicked when I drove up and the store was closed. And I was thankful I had wrote the number down. Also I was told uhaul would add miles because of the inconvenience. But when I called back to add the miles the person I spoke with said no. Then I was charged over $80 for extra mileage. That is very poor customer service to tell someone one thing then change it and charge them that much money. And that little spill at the beginning of the phone call about we record this so we can keep our "promises" is a lie. I think you should keep your promises and the $80 should be refunded!

The 30 Black Creek Rd Clay City location was nice and the staff was very friendly. There was a problem with the computers the day I was in there and it took awhile to fumble through things, but a good experience overall. However, my original rental reservation at 121 MASTERSON LN in MOUNT STERLING was not pleasant. I received 2 confirmation times, 11am via voicemail and 10am via email, and unfortunately I based my reservation time on the voicemail and did not verify the time prior to arrival. I arrived at the location at approximately 10:57am and was informed that the rental had "just left" with another renter. The associate informed me that he "usually holds a reservation for 30mins past reservation time. After speaking with customer service on the issue, the call resulting in my erroneous voicemail confirmation time was submitted for review, however I have yet to receive a follow up.

No one there had to put key in drop box,had to drive an extra 48 miles to drop truck,plus had to pay someoned to pick me up after trick drop

I thought I was renting the truck for 24 hrs. Picked it up at 8am and had to return it at 2pm, only drove about 36 miles charges total about $88. Plus gas fill up. I don't think the problem is Allen's Hardware, it's Uhaul.

I was over charged $5 by U-haul, U-haul told the clerk that would have cancel and re summit the bill.
