There was No Internet connection at all, I was in front of the business for 15 minutes looking like a vandal trying to access Uhaul from my phone to acquire the van. If it wasn't that the owner called to see if i wanted the van so that she can rent it to someone else did i finally get help and she was able to push the reservation through on her end. Is an Internet dead zone making very difficult to pick up these vans through Uhauls website on demand. But the business was great and the owner was very nice accommodating.
