I dropped the Uhaul off in the parking lot and slipped the key into the drop box. It couldn't possibly have been easier.
Tom V.I was charged a $100 holding fee and still have not gotten it back and it has already been almost a week as well as the initial rental charge was quoted at 39,99$ and I'm currently being charged 62,95$ so I'm going to talk to them and unless this gets cleared up, I will leave the review as is if the return for the holding fee is made and the agreed-upon 39,99) +tax is applied then I would recommend it. If not, I would not recommend it. I drove the vehicle a total of 3,4miles for approximately 1hour total.

This was my first time using uhaul so I wasn't sure how it worked but he was extremely helpful and answered all of my annoying questions making me feel comfortable and less stressed about the process. Jessica G.I was charged for 2 days for u-haul because the store associate told me I could bring the truck in between 3-4, but I checked out truck about 11 but yet my understanding was I could bring it in at the time the associate mention. Also, didn't get any information or asked if I had any questions driving thru hail as it was a 20 ft truck.

If I can't trust in small things, how do I trust in the big things? Also checkout said I had to take insurance - I declined. He told me that if I broke down on the road, I'd have to pay for repair of engine/power train. That is ridiculous. He blamed Uhaul policy. I therefore requested low mileage truck. Give me a reason why I should call Uhaul again.
Steve T.I was told I could have the U-Haul for 3 days for a certain AMT. I was charged 200 extra dollars over the AMT I was quoted. And no I rented nothing. But saw that the wraps for furniture and the dolly were never used. And you can't store them in the truck so you can then charge me for their use. They weren't used at all. Tyra H.The rates and contracts are expensive and geared towareds U Haul. I was charged 2 days even though I only needed the unit for one day. You are making it difficult to justify using U Haul as the provider. We need to rent 3-4 more times over the next month. We have to shop around due to the high expense.

Macklin S.When I first came in to check on an auto transport, I had to wait for 2 phone calls to be answered before my request was answered. Secondly, I only needed the auto transport but the whole order, a 26 foot truck and auto transport were assigned to this rental facility. I know this cost the other uhaul rental to lose money. I did not choose this option. Other than that, it was a good experience.
