This was absolutely the worst U-Haul experience I have ever had. They do not have any moving supplies such as Dolly's, boxes tape. To top it off the truck did not have a ramp.

The app instructed me to drop the key in a key box, but there was no key box at this location. When I contacted a live agent, they informed me that this location only accepts keys during open hours after 9 AM. I had to travel again to this location to drop-off my key and there was not enough space for U-haul. I'm totally disappointed with this location.

They charged me $51 to use a u haul that took 5 mins playing with it to even get started then the driver door didn't even shut all the way! Returning the u haul the guy was rude af and wanted me to parallel park in between two other u hauls told him I couldn't and he refused to take the returned u haul! And then told me they were gonna charge me extra! Had my man come up there and parallel park the truck and went inside he didn't wanna yell or argue when a man was present and took the keys! The told me I wasn't going to get the paper work that I returned the truck until tomorrow when the guy looks at camera! Then got a email the next day they charging me $180 saying I didn't put gas but I definitely did, have receipt! And charging me all theses miles I didn't use! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YALL TO NOT COME HERE THEY WILL ONLY F YOU OVER! Just go to u haul itself I literally used the most smallest truck y'all and paid the price I did last year using a double the size truck!

Walked in for the keys and the guy claimed he didn't have any keys. I told him I already paid to rent the uhaul and he walked around and finally found them. I also reserved a dolly, went back inside for him not to have any supplies either. This was a last minute decision, which is why I chose this place. I would not recommend it at all. The uhaul was filthy, then they parked it under a tree so the pollen and stuff from the tree was all over the windshield.

My entire experience with U-Haul was extermely horrible. I reserved my truck at the first location and I was informed that their system was down . I waited about 35-40 mins and cancelled and went to another location where the process was the same. A little piss poor as well. But I was able to get a truck. Once i got the truck the battery was dead. I end up having to call back in and have them give me another truck and that still was another hassle with the team on the inside. My experience was a complete shit show! What happen to ordering directly from the stores?!

The furniture pads were not supplied however I was still charged for them. I was also charged an additional $60 for fuel when the truck was still at 1/4 of a tank of gas which is how I received it.

Not at the address indicated, no one was helpful. I was forced to bring it to this location in the hood.

We did all of the drop off directions and when we asked the guy where to drop the key he told us that it was no longer a drop off location, but he still had his uhaul sign up. It took us forever to find another location because he gave us wrong information.

When I arrived the owner of the station actually yelled at me and told me to go somewhere else!!! He expressed that he didn't have the bandwidth ( but more than enough parking spaces) to accept my uHaul. I called uHaul, but was on the phone waiting to be connected for 20+ minutes. One of his workers must have showed up late, so he met me outside where I was waiting on the phone. Then he said FINE give me the keys. And accepted that car. I was following the instructions from my rental, but this guy was extremely hostile and rude.

This location needs to be removed from uhaul, terrible customer service. I called the 1-800 number and they gave me this location. I returned it online but the owner of the location said they weren't taking any more trucks and threatened to tow the truck I dropped off. I called the 1-800 number back and they customer service lady said it was his responsibility because I already turned it in and according to online they were accepting trucks. He told me he didn't care what uhaul said. Then he told another customer with a confirmed reservation they didn't have any trucks but there were 4 trucks outside. A poor experience all around!!! Uhaul please remove your association with this location!!

This location is at a gas station. The clerk behind the counter does not know what they are doing in terms of the uhaul service, and the manager who supposedly manages the uhaul service cannot be found or reached. They charged me or a 30 hour rental when I had the uhaul for 6 hours and did not provide the dollies I reserved. However the customer service line, while busy, was very helpful.

The Uhaul app sent me to the wrong pickup address and when I did finally arrive at the correct address it took over 30 mins to get the truck. On top of this there was no dolly or blankets in the back like I requested. Very poor experience

Even though the two locations are not quite far from each other. You still consider my order as one way instead of in town and charge me more. It's ridiculous.
