When I arrived the owner of the station actually yelled at me and told me to go somewhere else!!! He expressed that he didn't have the bandwidth ( but more than enough parking spaces) to accept my uHaul. I called uHaul, but was on the phone waiting to be connected for 20+ minutes. One of his workers must have showed up late, so he met me outside where I was waiting on the phone. Then he said FINE give me the keys. And accepted that car. I was following the instructions from my rental, but this guy was extremely hostile and rude.Ashley G.
This location needs to be removed from uhaul, terrible customer service. I called the 1-800 number and they gave me this location. I returned it online but the owner of the location said they weren't taking any more trucks and threatened to tow the truck I dropped off. I called the 1-800 number back and they customer service lady said it was his responsibility because I already turned it in and according to online they were accepting trucks. He told me he didn't care what uhaul said. Then he told another customer with a confirmed reservation they didn't have any trucks but there were 4 trucks outside. A poor experience all around!!! Uhaul please remove your association with this location!!Jazminn S.

This location is at a gas station. The clerk behind the counter does not know what they are doing in terms of the uhaul service, and the manager who supposedly manages the uhaul service cannot be found or reached. They charged me or a 30 hour rental when I had the uhaul for 6 hours and did not provide the dollies I reserved. However the customer service line, while busy, was very helpful.Claire L.
The Uhaul app sent me to the wrong pickup address and when I did finally arrive at the correct address it took over 30 mins to get the truck. On top of this there was no dolly or blankets in the back like I requested. Very poor experienceBlake R.
