I have a concern. We did not request the Safe Move insurance ($15). Also, the total charge from the receipt was $75,03 but my card was charged $81,12 (Contract #98211440). The total charge should have been $60,03 minus the insurance. Thank you, Joel Lockett 281-678-1996

After calling this location to tell her that I would be just two hours late from dropping off my Uhaul, I was assured that would be fine. I then asked what the charge was and she said just look at your email. I never received an email. Of course, I was in the process of moving and relocating from another city so I hurried up to finish and have the Uhaul returned. She charged me an additional day which I told her I didn't need. I would like someone to contact me from customer service because I was charged an additional $94 for this Uhaul. This is poor customer service because I called this location multiple times and communicated that I couldn't afford extra charges. I understand a charge for any additional mileage but not for an additional day. I can be called at 726-444-7184

Sure. You cannot pick up your reserved truck until 9am, but the people were wonderful to work with, we felt comfortable. We would rent a truck from this place again.

I had to move multiple vehicles around for the person to park the one i rented to be serviced and my discount wasn't applied nor was the deposit removed

This is the BEST U-HAUL PLACE EVERY. MS. TERESA IS AN AWESOME WOMAN SHE HAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER CAME ACROSS IN HOUSTON AND VERY FUNNY SHE TREATS HER CUSTOMER WITH DIGNITY AND PRIDE THE WAY CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE TREATED I WOULD RECOMMEND HER PLACE TO ANYBODY NOT ONLY IS SHE A U-HAUL PLACE BUT SHE ALSO IS A MAILBOX PLACE KEEP DOING WHAT YOU'RE DOING MS TERESA THUMBS UP!!

They charged me for gas. When I had already put gas in The Uhaul. She states The gas wasn't were it was supposed to be. Will not come back.

Please show me where I missed the instructions regarding when to return the key. I returned it prior to taking pictures and the truck was locked.

I couldn't check in at 8am to get my uhaul. The store had checked me but did not leave instructions on how to get the keys. I had to wait an hour until they open to get the key. That hour cost me $150 and time for the moving team I order they were just waiting there. I had to move majority things by myself because of there error.

When the original drop off location was closed for NYE hours, the staff at the Almeda postal center graciously allowed us to return the equipment to her. The drop off process was very quick and painless.

Equipment are staged in a business parking lot. I was lucky that I dropped off the equipment on a weekday and in the moor morning. No traffic. If anytime later, possible difficulty to park equipment due to vehicles parked in parking spaces. Could have been worse, if I arrived at business center during rush hour.
