ROGELIO LUNAAfter calling this location to tell her that I would be just two hours late from dropping off my Uhaul, I was assured that would be fine. I then asked what the charge was and she said just look at your email. I never received an email. Of course, I was in the process of moving and relocating from another city so I hurried up to finish and have the Uhaul returned. She charged me an additional day which I told her I didn't need. I would like someone to contact me from customer service because I was charged an additional $94 for this Uhaul. This is poor customer service because I called this location multiple times and communicated that I couldn't afford extra charges. I understand a charge for any additional mileage but not for an additional day. I can be called at 726-444-7184

Odis RushingI couldn't check in at 8am to get my uhaul. The store had checked me but did not leave instructions on how to get the keys. I had to wait an hour until they open to get the key. That hour cost me $150 and time for the moving team I order they were just waiting there. I had to move majority things by myself because of there error.

Dawika SaehungEquipment are staged in a business parking lot. I was lucky that I dropped off the equipment on a weekday and in the moor morning. No traffic. If anytime later, possible difficulty to park equipment due to vehicles parked in parking spaces. Could have been worse, if I arrived at business center during rush hour.
