5 star service! Shelly went above and beyond to get our paperwork ready and allow us to move in despite us arriving as they were closing. The facility was clean and Shelly walked us out to the unit personally while answering all of our questions. The service was above expectations at this business.

Great and efficient service. Mr. Ray, who set up the reservation was extremely helpful as was the woman at the office. Everything was done quickly and professionally. I would suggest anyone looking for at truck to go directly to U-Haul at the "Alpha Omega Stor All LLC, 234 Rosedale Drive , Hiram Georgia", you will not be disappointed. For if they don't have what you want they will see to it you get it there. First Rate, giving a 10 plus rating.

Staff was unable to update the length of the rental and it took us nearly an hour to obtain the truck and dolly. The staff had to make several calls to corporate and then finally just gave up and told us to call the 800 number the next morning to extend the rental another day. The dolly had inoperable wheels so anything we put on it sunk right down to the ground and did not roll smoothly.

It was clean, they did a great job of that. But this monster needed help. It was LOUD. A constant 84db on the highway inside the cab. Terrible shimmy at highway speeds. Cracked windshield. The engine was missing and backfiring when under load. It was my only option, and it did the job. But it was loud as hell and very uncomfortable. I'll stick to Penske next time.

I rented a 26 foot U-Haul on the Friday December 23rd the coldest day of the year and the heater didn't work. Then when I was driving when I reached speeds of 55 mph the truck began shaking. So this was the worst experience I ever had

Rented a storage unit for 3 days. The employee was very thorough about what not to do and what not to store in the unit but was not specific about the storage unit itself. The unit was 10x7.5. I was not made aware that it was a small door opening (the size of a typical front door entrance) the item that would be stored there would have needed a wider entrance (garage items like a oversized carpentry work bench and air compressor) I loaded up my trailer on a Sunday evening and made my way to the storage for this first time and could not offload. The trailer had to be rented another day because of this. I didn't even open the unit at all and was still not granted a refund. $70 for something I never used at all. My advise, ask questions because they will not be specific with you. They only get specific when it pertains to them not what's needed by the customer.

Safety chain hooks had buildup causing the need to take the chains apart to get through the truck hitch. Customer service rep was excellent, And was willing to allow a military discount even though - evidently - UHaul has taken away that important discount? Wondering about that … ;(

The rubber bushing on the driver door falls off. Did my best to put it back in place. Is obviously a small problem with that door prior to my renting. I just was opening and closing the door on a normal basis when it fell off..
