Abigail MWe rented a u haul and paid for it we were getting calls when we didn't pay and it was due I ended up paying more than I should have been charged for the truck because we extended our reservation and so I thought it was paid for they were taking the money daily out of my account so up until a tow truck came took it from us with personal belongings or someone who passed and a mattress on top a brand new mattress come to find out from the tow company as we r trying to get out things they were impounding it because they reported it stolen and they never called and dealing with a death and everything else I thought it was paid for as well never one time contacted us again about the rental money due owed or anything else until the tow company came to get it they never told us what was going on the tow company did wayyyyyy more tjan they had ane our new mattress destroyed and theu told other people not on the contract where the truck was and when it was going to be there so glad u can tell strangers not us when and where it was going to be so never again thats bs.

Joshua MThe only thing that made this location low on my list is the location. To those that don't know Rockford that one way street right on a corner is confusing. No one wants to be driving down the road in a truck to turn around and come back up.
