I was charged a $15 equipment substitution charge but we didn’t change or have extra equipment

Truck was not cleaned out on riders door deep inside the compartment where it appeared someone had vomited at some point. Also, found a remnent of a marijuana cigarette under the passenger seat. Glad the Border Patrol drug sniffing dogs didn't check out the cab when they checked out the truck at the border checkpoint.
