Excellent service à la clientèle
SUZANNE IThe representative was great! Although she handled everything perfect with all customers there, the rental equipment was in the back of the building iwhich took her away from the desk and it would be safer for her to have a 2nd employee to hell her out.

I give 10/10 to Tricia the associate who helped me. I feel very bad for her working in that kind of environment.

Doron JTrucks should have a full tank of gas when picking up so the customer doesn't have to guess how much gas to put in it when they return it. Gas gauges should also be checked to make sure they're working properly because it seems a little strange that one gallon of gas would give you 1/4 a tank, or that driving 8 miles would use up 1/8 a tank.
Alexa HI didn't understand the gas situation cause when I got the truck it was basically enough gas to get to a gas station. It was explained to me after the fact and it makes a lot of sense, just let your customer's know ahead of time cause I was a little upset at first. Let them know the reason for getting a rental with little gas in it.

Deidra DYou need real customer service when you have mechanical problems with your vehicles . You need to care about how different you make someone's life er you don't keep your commitment. You should not force someone to rent a vehicle for three or four days when they don't need it that long & when the turn it in days early refuse a refund! You also shouldn't mislead people picking their drop off location. Only to find out you do not honor it and again they are struggling to find someone who can get them after they have dropped off the vehicle!

ismeal lMy location to pick up the truck was Manteca, but Uhall change the location to Stockton without informing me, then I had to drive to Stockton to pick up the truck, and get back to Manteca. I paid extra labor just because they need to wait for me to get back from Stockton, and I paid extra mileage to Uhall just because I had to drive back to Manteca from Stockton

Lynette AWORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE THE GUY GREETED MY HUSBAND AND I WITH ASKING US IF WE ARE GYPSY I SAID NO WHY EVEN THOUGH MY WIFE HAS A SMALL PERCENTAGE AND HE SAID OKAY GOOD I DONT LIKE TO RENT TO THOSE PEOPLE. and then he kept going on about how he thinks gypsys are all assholes and need to be terminated. I was going to leave right when i heard that but he had the truck we needed. my family uses U Haul a lot and have never had a person greet us with are you gypsies because those people are assholes and he doesn't like to rent to them smh.

Andrew CComplete and professional service. Online reservations are handled quickly and efficiently. The hook up lot is where this dealer shines....plenty of room , knowledgeable attendants who handled every aspect of the job and provide driving tip reminders for towing a trailer in traffic.

Christine RI would recommend the location, the staff was extremely helpful. What I do not recommend is using the Mobile Share program…. It was not locating me. It was not convenient in any sense of the word. I will never choose that option again. I will talk to a person instead.
