The app sucks. Kept freezing on me. Had to close it out at least 25 times. That's no joke. Took forever to upload pics of my license and such. App froze on me during return and I couldn't upload all the pics I had of the truck. I have pics of the truck still.

Work on the app so that picking up the Uhaul before/after hours of when the location is closed goes smoothly. I had to call Uhaul (with the assistance of Mike at the pick up location) to finalize the transaction. Mike (at the pick up location) was amazing as was Isabella at Uhaul.

It was a little rough at the beginning. My original reservation was moved to a different location since I was told (by Uhaul) that my preferred location was not open on the day I needed to pick up so they moved me to another location. Based upon what I was told, it was my understanding that this location was going to be open and I had counter pickup. When I arrived, the place was closed so I wasn't sure how I was going to get the van. I called uhaul and was only then informed that I had to go through the exercise of doing an after hours pickup via the uhaul app. Ultimately, I was able to get the keys using the process and a uhaul rep assisted so it ended up ok. My comment here is not related to the pickup location but just the whole communication process by uhaul and not getting me the correct information and have the right expectation on pickup.

Had some issue downloading photos on the app, but not a problem

The mobile check in process was horrible and the uhaul rep had taken the keys home and did not arrive withthem till 1 hour and quarter after my pick up time.
