The representative, Reuben, was excellent in doing everything he needed to just to ensure we were all set. That was great customer service
Ira CThese Uhaul trucks have really poor visibility for night time driving. The headlights were not bright enough and add to the rain it made my drive some more treacherous once we were outside of the big city.

Pamela GI was disappointed and greatly inconvenienced because when I tried to extend my rental, your website (via my account) said that the trailer was rented immediately after me- this was not true. I had to rent another trailer at another site to cover my work requirements which wasted much time and fuel. I certainly would not inconvenience another customer by returning my rental late, please be sure that your website has accurate information so that U-Haul doesn't inconvenience me.

Pamela OI asked to return different locations they charged me $18 never told me it was extra they charged me $20 for being late with trailer that I dropped off the night before it was due. U haul told me by noon would be ok no problem apparently that meant you will just charge you $40 (never said that it would cost) $95 over the $1200 I already paid that's how you treat a repeat customer I'll look elsewhere from now on.

Thomas MThe reservation process was confusing. When making the reservation the site said I had made a reservation, but no equipment was available and that a U-haul representative would call me. I never received a call. I checked directly with Alton Home Lumber and they confirmed they had the equipment. This was to confusing.

Craig WI ordered a furniture dolly as I needed to move many heavy items, but when I picked up the truck the dolly was not inside. It was a weekend and the office was closed so I had no way to contact anyone. I used the phone app to pick up the truck but there was no way to contact anyone regarding incomplete orders. I had to move all of my things without a dolly. I'm very upset
