I went to pick up a 26 foot U-haul to move my child from Eugene to Lincoln City. Upon arrival, to pick it up, the agent did not go out to the vehicle with me. When I got in, there were energy and soda drinks in the truck. There was dog hair all over inside, and it wreaked of dog. And the gas tank was on empty. So immediately after picking it up, we had to stop for gas to even get to my child's apartment. We have rented many u-hauls, but this was a terrible experience. Sorely disappointed.

The truck was very clean and ran well. The only reason I put "no" on well maintained was that the breather on the gas tank was broken due to someone having tried to siphon gas out of the truck. As a result, it took 30 seconds to pump one gallon of fuel into the truck thus turning fuel stops into 20 minute ordeals. Thankfully a gas attendant showed me a trick with a ball point pen so that I wouldn't have to hold the nozzle that whole time. I can't imagine what I would have done without that trick.
Stowe cAbsolutely a terrible experience here !! I rent from U-Haul many times each year and this was truly the first bad experience I have ever had with U-Haul ... The Eugene and Springfield locations always offer great service , professional staff and clean well maintained vehicles .

SUZETTE MTruck was dirty inside and out. I had ordered package of moving blankets. They were not in truck. Had to request they be removed from bill.

Micheal WVERY RURAL location, personally convenient, but had to call a guy out from what appeared to be a nap in order to do the drop off. Store was pretty shabby and had to wait around for a bit.
