I called to drop off the trailer early but I was told they were closed and just drop it off and they would check it in Monday. I saw no one.

I have to clean out my Uhauls before I drop them off but I don't out filthy items in them either but if I did I'd CLEAN it to a decent perfection but I rented two Uhauls in the past week that the back end was FILTHY to the point of having CAKED UP BLACK FEET and iron/aluminum shaving grinds that we picked up in our feet...Not Satisfied...it wasn't the pickup locations fault it's whom ever is responsible for cleaning and maintaining them before and after use

Did not waste any time, he looked over everything, provided a receipt and asked if I had any questions and to call if I needed anything in the future. The location was very close to my home.

Make different sizes. My truck almost didn't fit on the full trailer. The trailer was a little not too big

Make sure your Represtentive enter the correct information in the computer. Also , I reserve a truck 4 days before moving and still had issues picking up the truck. I reserve a 26 ft truck from a Represtentive 1 mile from my home. The day before my pick up I was told they only had a 20 ft truck or I can drive 32 miles from my house to pick up a 26 ft truck. So I had to drive 32 miles for my 26 ft truck. Not very happy with the services.

It sucked i filled the tank up to where it was when i got the truck and was charged over $14for gas
