The staff were great. I got confused about the final invoice, but they sat down and walked me through the form to find the issue (my fault!)

Coming from an experienced haul renter I can say this was by far the best experience. I rented the 9' van and was blown away by the upgrades Uhaul has done. The check-in process was so easy and the staffing was friendly and helpful. The van was such a smooth ride and gas saving too. Huge bonus. Thank you so much. I will rent again.
