My location got switched to this one. The other one was so bad on mericamp rd in ocala that I would not rent from uhaul anymore.

I came as a walk-in to rent a car towing dolly for 24 hours and Tony was able to do all the paperwork for me and get me on the road in just a few minutes with no problems. Tony was very nice and helpful. He even hitched up the dolly and chains and lights for me, and stood behind the dolly to do a quick brake light check. My towing experience went well. Next day when I returned the dolly he inspected it and thanked me for my business. :)

The owner is awesome. He is friendly and very nice. The name of the location should be changed because there is no more botanica there. The botanica is street over, so i had to make an unnecessary stop.

This was the worst u-haul experience I have ever had. I will most likely not be returning any of my future business with you guys which is too bad because i have always used UHAUL and never sought to try any of your competitors since i have never had an issue with your guys until now. I moved into my new apartment on July 22nd of 2021 and today is August 17th, 2021. My fiancé used his debit card to pay 125 $for our trip, the money was instantly taken from his account BUT YET u-haul “did not receive” the payment. The u-haul rep called his support line and the woman who was handling the issue ran my card that is linked to my account from previous rentals, without my knowledge, and by the time i realized we had already left. We were double charged. I figured the money would be automatically returned after 5 business days per my bank's pending transaction policies however that was not the case. It is now nearly a month later and the merchant which is you, U-HAUL, did not complete the transaction, so this is the reason why my money is floating in mid air. It's very frustrating when you live paycheck to paycheck. We overpaid 125 $for a 15 foot U HAUL truck rental and the best part is IT HAD ABSOLUTELY NO A/C. The vents were completely broken. No air came out of the passenger vents only the defrost worked. It was probably 90 degrees out that day and sunnier than a b ! t c h and my fiancé had to drive an hour in that truck. So here i am again today waiting on my banks customer service to escalate the issue as to why the merchant still has a hold oh this transaction. Your customer service line is the absolute worst. You should really update it and add a call back option for ridiculous long wait times, i waited 50 minutes on hold then was hung up on. nobody called me back. i had to call back and wait again only to be told “u haul never received your payment contact your bank” i'm beyond annoyed there should be no reason our money was INSTANTLY taken from us but can't be instantly returned. i've used u hauls before and i wouldn't be as upset if it was 40 $for this dispute but this is 125 $that's a whole day of work just lost. Rant over.

Make sure this location provides the requested equipment and if not, does not charge for it. Furthermore, make sure this location doesn't add charges without consulting with customer. It was NOT a good experience and I will be letting others in the area know not to use this location.

This place looks like any paid opportunity pushed into it. The guy seemed very uninterested to help me. Treated me as an inconvenience. Was very rude and snippy with me because I was moving a box from the uhaul to my car, accused me of trying to leave trash in the parking lot. Was very disrespectful and rude for the whole interaction. 0/10 horrible staffing.

Do a better job inspecting the equipment. By the time i got to texas going to Colorado, both front tires were down to the steel belts and had to be changed. This down time cost me almost 4 hours. Glad we caught them when we fueled up instead of them blowing out while driving.

Some dude named Tony just stood there with a camera taking pictures trying to blame me for something I didn't have any part of trailer condition and wasting my time instead of trying to be helpful ! He could have swept that trailer in 16 seconds coming from the last dealer troublemaker not good for U-Haul

Verify the uhaul pick up location has a good or better rating before assigning. First pick up location was extremely unreliable. But thanks to uhaul and the second pick up location was over and above professional, kind, extremely helpful. Thank you uhaul (Miranda) she was a wonderful representative for uhaul over and above rating for her.

This is a new location for U-Haul and the operator is nothing less than a pirate. We returned the vehicle ON TIME, fully cleaned and re-fueled while the location was closed. We realized after 17 attempts that we could not get the online check-in to work. We spent over an hour on hold to speak to someone at U-Haul who tried to help us login to the systems and finally said it was not going to work and to just let the receiving dealer check it in the next day and charge us a 20 $convenience fee. )-: When I received my second invoice we had a charges for fuel, a cleaning fee, an extra day, and an extra day of insurance coverage. When I stopped by to speak to the operator I was told we left trash in the box, which I knew was not true since I helped two employees clean it out before returning it. The trash turned out to be boxes and debris from his OWN business! Incense boxes and inner and outer boxes of things he sells in his junk store. The truck was cleaned and photographed before we returned it. The operator also made up a story about the unit being left in the road and ticketed by the local Sheriff's Department. I contacted Marion County and there was no calls or tickets in reference to that vehicle. We were charged and extra days rent, and extra days insurance, a fuel surchare, and a cleaning charge, none of which should have been added. Our company rents more than 50 time each year. This is our LAST U-Haul rental, and I plan to have AMEX investigate the last charge as fraudulent and have it removed from our card account.. I hope U-Hual does something quickly about your new rogue operator!

Tony texted to advise and verify that I was bringing the truck in. He then was very helpful as I brought the truck back early and after they were closed. He then let me know that it was returned properly.

vehicle had low air pressure in all tires, and was a quart low on oil. the renter assured me that he had gone over the truck as I was driving 1300 miles. When I showed him that the gauges indicated that the left rear tire was low he stated that he had checked the tire pressure and that it must be a defective sensor. I checked the tire pressure myself and found that it was 25 pounds under pressure according to the label on the side of the truck. I filled all the tires to the correct pressure, and the warning disappeared.

Improve the hidden fees and not steal people's money for things they don't need or want . I'm still waiting for my money to be refunded for blankets and a dolly that I did not need and I was charged for it anyways and it wasn't even on the truck I rented . Please and thank you , other then that great renting from uhaul
