My AC problem was determined to be intermittent and it worked for them...very frustrating. The milage over-run cast me $90 + tax etc.

Jacob GRental agent did not tighten the trailer coupler, disconnected from my tow vehicle while loading the vehicle on the trailer. I thought this was a basic safety check before sending me out the door… Glad it didn't happen while driving on the highway.

Mike BRepresentative was not helpful. He lied about his need for the truck in spite of my returning it two days earlier. He asked to move his own equipment around for him. Lazy.

debby dMan yelled at me and called me names for pulling the truck in to park it, and then said I HAD to back it in although I was not told that nor was there a sign stating this. I pulled the 20 ft truck out and turned it around and perfectly backed into a spot. Man just took the key and said "you can go." Very rude, unprofessional, no ID that stated he even worked there. I have no idea what his name or title is. This was not what I expected due to the multiple times I have used U-Haul services. I also swept out the back since I was told if swept and clean I would get a discount. I also filled the truck with gas since I wasn't sure how to make it 3/4 full and wanted to be sure I didn't leave it with less gas.
tamara pI put a tick over a quarter tank of gas and U-Haul still charged me 15 dollars for gas. Not Happy at All. That is ridiculous. I put in the same amount.

Anthony dI was charged for fuel when I returned it with the same amount of fuel in it when I left, I filled the truck before we returned it and was charged $42, and we were charged double, how an order for $103 turn into $212. I will not be renting from an independent contractor for U-Haul again, the truck was filthy when we got it, and we took a leaf blower to it before we returned it and the owner made us sweep it out saying it was dirty, he was very unprofessional in the way he spoke to us, and then he overcharged us by double
