The owner locked the keys in the truck before I got there and I had to wait an hour and a half just for the truck to be unlocked. There was nothing done to make this right. I also rented a tow dolly and the person had no knowledge of how I could hook it up and was not helpful.

He went out of his way to come and take the truck since there was no drop off even though I had to drop off it was in the smack dab heart of the ghetto so a little unsavory side of town but the gentleman was really nice. He was very very nice and he helped us check out at 9 PM. He came from his home just to pick up the keys and to take it in the gated facility.

Deborah BDrop off had a few snags, but overall was acceptable. Isaac in Stockton provided excellent customer service. The 'lot' was a small caged area jammed with vehicles with the driveway blocked. Free street parking was only available on an adjacent street a block away. Isaac, the local rep, actually ran over to me to help and took care of parking vehicle. He had some challenges with the app but had me checked in within a few minutes. He was very customer focused.

william kThe Uhaul was closed on Sunday and did not open until 10:20 AM on Monday. The sign and website says it opens at 10:00 AM. We did not need the truck on the second day but could not return it because they were not open.
Karen WSchedule return time on the contract stated opening from 7am-7pm but opened at 10am.we went there at 7am , nobody was there,then went again at 10am before someone was there to take the key .No provision made where to return the key incase nobody is there in person.
KETTY UI request the truck for 6 hours when I reserve it and the guy that rented me the truck shortened it to 5 hours. The guys was mad at me because I didn't run the truck thru the car wash before I brought it back but I did rinse it off with the hose. And he also said I drove the truck over 70 miles when I think I did I only did about 50 and the estimate was around 60 dollars but I had to pay over 100

ELSA HA little hard to sneak into the back parking lot to drop it off, but the business owner who took my rental back after the long trip was very friendly and had a wonderful selection of trucks to rent if you are looking! I would highly recommend this location if you're out of luck elsewhere.

James TI was promised i can return the truck 24/7 at any time, turns out, this specific location does not have a drop box and the parking lot is locked during non business hours, leading to me having to pay for street parking in hope no one would tow the truck. Too much inconvinience. Customer service was of no help and was rude.

Jose TActually this really wasn't about the place, my uhaul experience was absolutely horribly stressful! After being told 2 days before pickup that they didn't have a one way van for us in Tracy we were sent to Stockton to pick up. Pickup was supposed to be 10am when they opened and the night before we were notified the mirror was broken and needed to be repaired. Throughout the day the guy at the Stockton facility did his best to get it fixed...long stressful story short we finally were able to pick up at 2:00! While driving to get the van the poor furniture store guy told us our reservation had been cancelled because we didn't pick it up at 10am! Luckily after pleading with him to hold it for us we finally got it. I will look into another rental facility next time. If I had been told there was no one way rental when I reserved the truck I would have been fine with that and would have made other arrangements. I felt really bad for the guy at the Stockton facility for being put in such an awkward poition!

Martin HThe only problem was locating a trailer within 50 miles of Copperopolis.. U-Haul needs to invest into more covered trailers. The Merced location promised a trailer then three days later canceled this location and offered a trailer two hours away. They broke the contract. Thank goodness Stockton saved the day.
