When the facility is closed but pick up is still available through the app, the GPS location services did not work properly and the app kept indicating we were not at the pick up point but we were in fact sitting in the parking lot next to the vehicle.David P.
Have the truck available at the pickup location I reserved and for the we price I was quoted online. If I wasn't paying attention I would have had to pay an extra 100 $. I think I still ended up being charged a few extra dollars.CHAD B.

Started out being a good experience then took a turn when we had a problem closing on the house we were purchasing. The sale fell through and after packing and then having to unpack the truck we were told that we had to â€œcall the 800 numberâ€ after trying to return the truck to the original purchase. We were told by the original drop off facility that it wouldn't be a problem to bring it back to the original facility. The truck was driven 5-6 miles in total. After being on hold for 15 minutes and on the phone with the 800 number for. Total of 25 minutes we were told that the facility would be able to take care of the situation and adjust the properly. The original cost was over 150 $to go 49 miles. After the adjustment I saved 17 $to have the truck for 24 hours and drive less than 6 miles. I was charged for gas and other charges. The truck pictures were incorrect and the hand truck was just lying in the back. I felt rushed when we purchased the truck. Mistakes weren't fixed and I blown off when I tried to return the truck. Location doesn't seem to take the business seriously. I hope they take their reviews seriously.Michael B.
There seems to be a miscommunication between the people who actually service that truck between rentals and what I see on my invoice the mileage is still not correct on the truck so if the next customer doesn't pay attention he will end up in the same situation I was in the mileage being way over what he actually drove. And I would also suggest some updating on your mobile app to make it easier to use. Thank you for correcting my experience but I fear it will carryover to the next customer.Marshall C.

Your customer service sucks I received 4 emails before pick up was told at American they did not have a truck for me as I never scheduled my pick up from there the Uhaul location at the Pan American Blvd location were rude on the telephone took me 2 hours 3 different phone numbers to figure out where I was picking the truck up. The windshield wipers were horrible the passengers side door leaking and the air conditioner was dripping on my feet. Horrible just horribleJAMESG F.

Dealer did not provide any information ahead of time that they do not provide parking for your vehicle while renting. Instead they suggested I park my car three miles away and Uber back to their location. They were not very organized overall, and it took quite a significant amount of time to obtain the vehicle.Jeff G.

Was originally told I was able to drop if off at the Self Stoage on Toledo blade by calling the 800 number for uhaul. I attempted to do so and the manager, Richard was extremely rude saying it wasnt possible and that "no one would have told me to do that. " I had to take it elsewhere.Danielle R.

Could not pick up auto transport at original location because obviously you oversold the item. I get to Mineral Springs (which was out of my way) and am informed the price was wrong, After so some discussion that was settled. Then was told they no longer help hooking it up. Unless I wanted to pay 40 $. I told her the least they could do was help me hook it up since it was not available at original location and my husband had just gotten out of the hospital. Which after 20 min. discussion the man came & helped us.Stephanie R.

The system what uhaul has not working poprer and I wasted more then 90 min on trying to get the trailer and it after I did the express check in. The staff was great but the system is just not good at all. Also after I drop off the trailer the return online didn't work I was on hold with Customer service for over half an hour to have them put in notes I drop the trailer off. The location and stuff is great the U-Haul trailers is out dated and worn to much the break system was leaking and cross axle was looking like it was going to fall apart.PAVEL S.

Vehicle was fairly new (4000 miles) but it was parked in a grassy area and was infested with ants! Checked the cab, there was only a few chip crumbs, not enough to attract ants, but we were smashing ants the entire 5 days we had the truck. i had to participate in an extensive equipment inspection and fold the moving blankets or be charged a folding fee. i felt like i was completing tasks that the staff should be responsible for. i will not deal with this location again in the future will only deal with uhaul if Budget and Penske are not options.JEFFREY C.

Had reservation issues due to incorrect website details. Called uhaul and thought they fixed the issue. Had to call the day of the pick up and reschedule and give all my info again. Issues at the office getting the keys and leaving on time. Truck had high miles and very loose steering. Unsafe for highway driving. Could also hear the U joints making noises when it shifted gears. Poorly maintained truck. Penske has newer trucks and better equipment.Matthew H.

First I had to hook up trailer myself. I never hooked one up before. She couldn't print my contract. When I got home I found out I had one chain hanging that needed to be attached. I told the woman I would be back before 930 to bring back. Called office no answer. My husband took trailer back and called phone number on gate. No answer. We left trailer. Tried calling uhaul number waited 15 minutes on hold no one answered. A man called my husband around 10 and asked where we put trailer. My husband said in the space outside of gate. Only comment was u didn't put in front of gate. Tried on line to get drop off done, no successThe lady was very nice but that is the only part of the experience. Although our stock 2012 Toyota Camry is without an added air dam, the rear strap anchors each damaged our front bumper cover fascia. The car is currently at a Toyota dealership for repairs. Hopefully, the repair can be finished by May 11, 2017 so we can continue our trip to the UP Michigan home.Jackie T.

my reservation was made for pickup on Venice, but that provider did not have an auto transporter, so your system moved it to Sarasota, without notifying me. Fortunately, when i went to the Venice office, Sean was able to move it to Warm Mineral Springs, which ic closer to me. You might want to consider asking your customer where he orvshe would like the reservation moved to.Tom S.

Why did the "Pan American" road location take my reservation knowing they would not be renting the trailer? Then I get a call from the 11155 Tamiami Tr location that they would have my trailer.
