It's good that you can check out a vehicle after hours, but you should tell a person that when you send the confirmation. I almost left without checking out the vehicle because the store was closed.Melanie M.

We locked the vehicle and returned the keys to the locked box before the app said to take photos. First thing on the online return should be a warning that photos of the inside of the vehicle are needed!LINDA L.

Dirty old high mileage unsafe trucks.Felt like I was sterring a boat, 45 miles per hour on the freeway still felt unsafe, Emergency brake hardley worked. A/C not very cold. Checkin took us several hours after being sent to different departmants. Unpleasant emplyee on the check in side.rod A.
Car Hauler was rented with a broken strap for tire. Was not discovered until loading of vehicle. Discovered too late to fix before haul. Good response for repair while on the road!! FOR CORP: The uhaul web site does not update when pickup location is changed. I returned to where the trailer was originally desired to be rented as the web site indicated this as the return to location. I had to take 1,5 hours out of my day to go back to this location to pickup trailer and return to the original pickup location. OR I would have incurred a $300+ fine/extra charge. Very Disappointing!!!!Deborah H.

When allowing contact less/after hours rental, it would be helpful to let the customer know the options required for verifying who I am. I could have had my passport if I knew beforehand. Also I used a web browser to get all checked in and then when it came to the code I had to go the app to and restart the whole process-should just require the app to start the check in. When awaiting approval, it would be helpful to know what the wait time is.Hannah B.
I got hosed on my milage. I had everything planned out before I even rented the Uhaul. I know that I was traveling 22-25 miles round trip. When I got done with the Uhaul it said I drove 41 miles. That's impossible. So when I returned the truck at 4:50pm I went to go talk to the guy working the desk only to find out the office was closed. It said on the door they close at 6pm. I was there at 4:50 and there were 2 other people returning their vehicles as well that were also upset the guy was closed. So not great customer service and Im still screwed on the milage.Sarah S.

The location is slightly small, but more than makes up for it by being in a super convenient location. Also the staff (owner?) I have dealt with on both occasions I have stopped by has been super friendly and helpful.Benjamin F.

Wipe down the door handles on the inside and cup holders as trash has a tendency to accumulate and its the first thing you feel when closing the door or retrieving items from the holders. Otherwise everything was great.Turner P.

The verification process when you get there is a little frustrating. It would be great if there was a way to get the phone calls and such out of the way first so when you get there it doesn't take as long to get the uhaul itself.Bridget P.
The truck was a little smelly, but no big deal. It would be nice to have more room to park vehicles, but again, no big deal, just had to park down the block a bit. The process over all was very easy and kinda fun, but I am in IT so I enjoy things that are automated like this. Thank you! Price was the best motivation for coming to you! The location was fine. My experience with the Uhaul app and check in was terrible. It makes the customer do all the work that employees are usually there to do. I was 40 minutes late to meet movers and had to pay them for more time. 24/7 pick up is not a good idea.STEVEN M.
