The main issue I have is that I filled the gas tank up, since it's so hard to pin point slightly upbove 3/4 on an unknown gas tank. I didn't get any type of credit or acknowledgment that I filled it up.

John JI would recommend this store d/t its location and the customer service. The truck needs a front end alignment ASAP! It pulls hard to the right esp at highway speeds making it difficult to maintain. The bed was dirty when we picked it up.

David KI desperately needed a dolly for what I was moving. I ordered one - it was not present within the truck I rented. Customer service took around 30 minutes of transferring me to different lines. At one point my call was disconnected, at another I was transferred to a line that said "system outage," at another I was told to call a specific line and then it redirected me back to the main line and I had to go through all of the prompts again. All in all, by the time I was able to get someone to relocate a dolly for me, all of the U-Haul locations around my area had closed and were unable to assist.

Gregory BCall from U-Haul the day before changed my pick up location which was problematic. Very uninterested representative regarding issue. Tried to tell me the new location was les than one mile from original pick up locate. WRONG. UHaul does not maintain two separate locations within one mile of one another. Requested a set number of additional miles which they only provided a portion. After all of that they had the nerve to ask me to tow a trailer to the destination!
Jeff BThe service rep was very friendly and helpful. But the equipment was in poor shape. At 105 000 miles, it ran very rough. The door didn't shut unless I slammed it as hard as possible. The truck was also almost empty on gas when I picked it up. The location was closed when I brought the truck back even though their posted hours said they were still open.

Especially since we lost $400 that night in work and we're out there till 4:00 in the morning this was the worst experience I would not ever ever recommend U-Haul to anybody

Sondra KLet me be upfront and frank about this, the entire rental process was a shit show. I did the after hours pickup and was not informed I had to pickup prior to my pickup time... I was under the impression I was able to pickup starting from my pickup time. Then when I went to try and pickup the truck I kept getting a 503 "Service Unavailable". Having spent almost an hour on the phone trying to pickup the truck it was almost three hours later that I finally was able to get the process almost complete. Then shit hit the fan when I couldn't take the truck as it didn't have a license plate on it anywhere. Back to the support line and they told me not to take the truck. I was specifically told by customer service not to take the truck without a license plate on it. So, my truck I reserved was no longer available to take, and the places I had to be that night were already closed for the weekend making the rental that night absolutely useless. The next day I picked up a completely different truck and was not given any instruction for processing, pictures, drop-off time or whathaveyou. When I went to finally drop off the truck, I didn't realize I had to take a picture of the odometer using the app or webpage, even though I took I pic with my phone I could not upload existing pictures from it for some reason. The turned in value of the gas gauge is way less than what I turned it in with as well. I had the gas back to almost 3/4th tank, but it shows it was turned in with less than half a tank, about 8 gallons differnce. I asked multiple times on the phone and in person at the rental pickup location for some kind of compensation since the truck I resevered was not available at the time of pickup, but was just passed on to the next person or just "recorded in my contract", but not one person said anything about recouping my time lost. I still have to make arangements to pick up equipment I needed last Saturday night when I scheduled the original pickup for this upcoming Saturday but I'm not going to be using uhaul. This was such a horrid experience, I hope someone reviews the entire situation to find out all the times the ball was dropped. I've had good experience in the past, but nothing like this. Considering the truck I rented was not available for pickup on the same day as my original request, I hope I am compensated.
William SI booked a dolly to be used during the time that I had used the truck. There was nothing available when we arrived and the guy said that equipment isn't guaranteed. Why would it let me book something if I wasn't available

I did inform the U-Haul representative when I returned it that it was the dirtiest truck I've ever received from U-Haul. Prior to renting I had an issue with a past due amount which took over an hour to get corrected because I was disconnected several times put on hold and told 5 to 10 minutes and it took 20 to 30 minutes your whole time while customers are waiting sucks eggs

Marcus SI will never use uhaul again, no where on the site does it say that the insurance waiver is dependent on which vehicle you rent. Most major credit cards will cover this issue in their benefits. I contacted Uhaul customer service on the day of rental to have them explain how this is, and was given the run around, was also told that there were no pickup rentals available within a 15 mile area from my location, I check myself and there was one less than 5 miles away. I will say the staff was friendly.

Mary SThe location is sketchy.....looks like a front for something. Office was filthy. I tried calling them for days leading up to the rental but they never answered and the voicemail box was full. Store did not open on time. Truck had not been cleaned out prior to pick up. Gas tank had about 65 miles worth of gas in it. Upon returning the truck the location was closed almost an hour prior to their posted hours. I would not use this location ever again.

John HMake sure you are checking the back of the trucks before you rent them out. When I got to my location to move I rolled out the blankets to find a gun hidden in the blankets. Not knowing if it was there from the previous owner, or dropped during the night as there was no lock on the back of the truck I took the truck back and exchanged it for a new one.

Carlton BWhen we received the Uhaul the seats were cracked, other parts of the interior were also cracked/damaged, the Uhaul barely had any gas, and the Uhaul wasn't clean when we received it. The model was also older so it took us awhile to figure out the mileage. Lastly the tire pressure light was on the whole time, we called the customer service line and they told us to add more air. Once more air was added the light for tire pressure still stayed on. The Uhaul it's self was more difficult to drive than previous models we've used.
