Great management, storage and equipment! But the lot.... oh my! It BEGS for resurfacing! And that OLD chainlink/barbed-wire fence is SHOT, and SO outdated! Place looks like an old prison! REAL competition is just around the corner, and they look NICE. WAKE UP and keep your property UP!!!

I did a copy of my driver's license prior to pick up on the website but still had to show it at the pick up location. The lady at the pick up location told me I could not pay ahead of time. I called Uhaul directly and was able to pay prior to pick up.

When customers specifically request an agent check out/in, do not force them into doing a self check out/in or belittle them for not having the technology to not do a self check out/in. Also, take the sign in the window down if you are IN the office and not actually out on the property. It creates a lot of needless waiting for your return if you are not actually gone.

I have had the worste experience moving with uhaul. First my reservation was changed without my consent , then i was over charged for the rental at pick up, I received a refund for it but when I called at drop off since I only drove 125 miles and the truck was saying I went 600 customer service agreed that the contract was wrong and that the service record showed the mileage was wrong on check out she put it on the refund ticket so when I got my refund it was closed and the store charged my card today 217 for the miles I DIDN'T drive. I called customer service again and get told another ticket is being opened no apology and that it would be 3 to 5 business days. That was all the money in my account and you were not authorized to take it. I said I would dispute it with my bank and the response was well do what you gotta do. Horrible customer service and your telling me for a 15 ft truck to drive from okc to lawton is over 400$ get out of here !!!! Horrible!!! So I call the store that charged me and have now been on hold for over 30minutes!
