ROCKY TKeep up the great work. My U-Haul representative was courteous was above and beyond helpful even went out in the rain to connect the tow dolly that I rented. So I give her a plus for customer service and friendly attitude she was great.
John FEverything was great except the mobile check in. I don't recommend doing that unless you have to. It makes you jump through alot of extra hoops which takes more time, as well as makes it confusing when dropping off because it will say where to drop your keys in the drop box and then ask you to take pictures of the inside and outside of the truck after that so don't drop your keys off till you know it's complete.

Robert RI used the fuel estimator to return the fuel to the original mark and when I received the final invoice there was 3 additional gallons added to the ticket. I verified prior to using the truck and after I refilled the gas that it was correct and accurate. The truck was clean and ran fine but smelled of exhaust in the cab.
lilly wThe lady was nice and professional, but it was not at 3/4 tank when we received the truck and I only drove it 42 miles and I have a receipt for pumping gas and she STILL charged me for 4 extra gallons? For $15 dollars? Using extra premium I see.
Emerson MCheck in took forever. Over 2 hours that we didn't have. The woman on the phone was rude and not very helpful.
Jason Vjust need to put a handle on window so you can roll it up or down effortlessly. Knob is missing. Lady was very nice and accommodating.

Tabatha FThe trailers need a hand crank. Require the renter to bring a lock of your choice to lock it so that no one can hook up and off. They must also insure it. Just a friendly idea. Our experience at the location we rented it from was amazing!!! Merci

Randy VSue the manager was so incredibly rude to myself and my husband. Threatening to cancel our reservation multiple times and trying to force us to pick up sooner than we were able to and hours before our reserved time. Even though the time was available when we booked she wanted to have us pick up 4 hours before but we were not able to due to working. I will never use U-Haul again because of her. She threatened to cancel our U-Haul over the phone and in a text to me. Then when we arrived to pick up and we're not late we were actually early she was so rude again! The first word from her to me was "what" instead of hello or something. She walked away from me and went inside and had her closed sign up at not even 7pm. 7pm was our pick up time. She told me to communicate with my husband and not her. I will probably call corporate if no one responds to the review.

Susan NI have never been through, so rudely and with such disrespect, but any business I did nothing wrong. I brought my rental back clean with gas and before the end of the time that I had rented it for I was told to go to another U-Haul dealership. In the future not there. I don't understand. I did nothing wrong that lady Sue is so rude. She probably runs off a lot of customers if I had actually brought it back late or dirty or crashed or without gas I could understand her being that way to me, but I did absolutely nothing wrong, I will not go back there again and I will tell all my friends are ready Holst to never go there

John RI said yes to recommending this location to a friend for convenience reasons BUT they may get a little frustrated with the management. I felt management was impatient when it came to confirmation and considering I haven't done the online checkin before, she was not very informative and communication became challenging when it wasn't convenient for her.
