Not a thing The Lady in the office is Awesome. I believe her name was Lynn. Not positive. But she was very friendly and got us right in and out with a smile. Awesome place.

CHIFFON INGRAMI have never been more overcharged at a U-Haul! The total was estimated $150 and I was charged almost 350 not to mention it shows that the vehicle was returned a day later than it was actually returned. The tank was left full of gas with no damages, and I did not ask for any help or receive any U-Haul help.

Nelson LasalleI was notified when I went in to pick up my rental that the vehicle was not available. The staff found another vehicle at another location where we had to go to to pick up. We arrived at the new pick up location and the truck had trailer on it. We had to assist the staff take the trailer off because the did not have the tools or skills to do so. The staff was mostly helpful, but the set up and run around was not.
MARK PIERCEWhen setting up your uhaul, there needs to be an additional message or check box to make sure we are aware their is an additional $100 refundable deposit. Maybe it was listed in the small print but it was not something that I feel was truely mentioned or notated well. I completely missed it if it was. I deposited just a little more than I anticipated for my rental just incase I went over mileage just to find out when I go to pick up my uhaul that a additional $100 will be taken out for a deposit. No mention at any point and time prior to pick up in the confirmation email nor did I see anything listed in my uhaul account. I had to go and load more money. I got it done, but very inconvenient. If I had known that, I would of make sure to get it taken care of prior to pick up and not waste my time. At least make it apart of the quote summary so people who are on a budget can account for this expense especially in these times where money can be tight. I understand it is refundable but still it is easily overlooked and needs to be a little more clear.

KENNETH HAMMERWent in there and turned the equipment in earlier than planned. The person at the counter was new and didn't know what to do. She suggested that I take it to another uhaul. When I explained that I was to bring it to this location, then she was able to process the equipment turn in on their system. It was raining and I didn't get any help to put the trailer in the parking space until I threatened to leave the trailer where it was since I was unable to "back into the tight space". It looks like I am not getting any refund for turning in the trailer early either.

Marcus SpriggsThere were live a million roaches in it once we started loading it that were hiding behind the wood in it. We killed as many as we could but once we starting unloading we noticed there were a ton more and some got into our boxes and I would like compensation for having to spray my new house so that they dont breed and spread.Please contact me to discuss this matter as I have already put that information on my closing receipt when I returned the truck.

Chris FosterNever signed any docs for the rental never saw anybody. Building was closed when I arrived had to wait til someone was there to get truck keys. I was also over charged. Rates were falsely advertised. $165 for a 12hr one day in town move with only 33 miles on a in town move. Brought it in before the alloted time. No one there to return it to. No insurance given. Horrible service.

Lynn TannerThe lady showed me the gas tank was 3/4 full and it was, but later she wrote 7/8 full. So they charged me $3,5 per gallon fuel charge.
RAJ PARAJULIThe truck was clean and well maintained except...except that it needs a new battery. I had to jump it with my pickup to get it started at the end of the day (which was an adventure all its own as the battery is not accessible from the hood). This is not a reflection on this facility - they were extremely pleasant to work with and hospitable. However, to make sure the battery (or whatever mechanically speaking) is in good working condition is paramount. Mechanical things wear out and I'm certain that U-Haul has a maintenance location where vehicles can be thoroughly checked out and repaired if need be.

Chiquita CarbajalThe truck's Alternator light came on. Driving from OKC to Buford, GA, we had to detour to the U-Haul repair location in Fort Smith, AR to have it checked out. There was a loose wire that was fixed. In leaving the U-Haul repair location the trailer that my husband was hauling got caught on something sticking out of the ground and tore the metal. We had to get a welder to repair the trailer, our cost $200. If we had not had to detour to Fort Smith, AR, this repair would have never happened. Later on the trip the Oil light came one. My husband checked and there was NO OIL showing on the dip stick. He had to add 2 qts of oil to even show oil on the dip stick. Our cost, $10. When we got to the drop off location, it was closed. Because we had hand trucks and blankets in the truck we had to buy a lock so that we would not be liable for trucks and blankets, since this location was closed. Our cost: $5.95. This is our 3rd U-Haul rental in 2,5 months and 2 out of 3 have had issues. I would appreciate it if some of our frustration and anxiety could be compensated for.
James KelleyWe were sent to a location that was supposed to be 24 hour drop off and it was not. American Auto Rentals 7520 S Shields Blvd,Oklahoma City is not a 24 hour drop off location and it is listed on the Uhaul site as such, It was a terrible experience trying to locate an alternate location in a city in which we were unfamiliar.
