Ketan KI will never use Uhaul again after the experience I have encountered the past few days, to start out the day before my pick date the location I picked had no trucks available so I was switched out to a farther location (big mistake). The next day I arrived at the location to pick up my rental, I arrived went through the app pick questions, before I leave I look at the gas tank and there is no gas cap. I immediately call Uhaul to see what we can do, this is 45 minutes past my pick-up time. I then have to wait another 60-90 minutes for a tow to come to bring me a gas cap. In the time I waited Uhaul never said it was okay to drive the truck without a gas cap, if that was the case I would have never waited 2 hours past the pick-up time. I had to pay more money out of my pocket to pay the movers I hired to help because I had to wait for a gas cap. I received a phone call this morning (November 22) from a field manager (Alex) here in Columbus, Oh. To start very rude, I couldn't even get a word in before the phone call had ended. But basically, the phone call was not resolved on my end due to having to waste 2 hours of my time on Uhauls issues. I will not be using Uhaul again for any future moves due to poor customer service. I am very surprised at how Uhaul handled this situation but not surprised.

Gregory FThe only improvement I can see is the size of the location and Easier access to the exit. There's not enough room between the fence and the exit on the end of the building. But overall it's a beautiful clean facility in management is excellent, goes Way beyond to help
