As a first time uhaul renter the facility I picked up and dropped off from was friendly, thorough, knowledgeable and overall made for a great experience. Will highly recommend and on future rentals will only go to the American stone facility
Evan RichieThe employees should be better trained/instructed on the equipment they are renting. I was told that the truck would tow my trailer, but it was not big enough. It didn't handle well on the freeway, even less in the rain. It took longer than expected because I had to stop and wait for he rain to quit. Then to top it off, the truck which was extremely new, broke and was undrivable leaving me stranded far from home for several days. Roadside assistance picked up the he truck They didn't offer a replacement and are charging me for it breaking saying it was my fault. I am extremely disappointed with this location. I have rented from a different UHaul location several times for personal and business use and have never had any issues.

Konrad BordenPlease List all the possible locations on the app that you can return equipment. Even if you are not excepting returns there. I was looking at a map and seeing a uhaul location a 1/2 mile from where I was moving into. But it was not listed as any choices. So then I called and they said just wait until you get there and call this number, then they will let you pick a close spot. Then that night I get a call and email from someone saying they were sorry they couldn't find a location where I wanted, but i needed to drop off at a specific location. Guess what? It was the location 1/2 mile frome where I was moving. Don't get me wrong it worked out great for me, but shoot that's a lot if extra stress for nothing.

Robert PruchaI will never use Uhaul ever again. I was charged $114 just to rent the Uhaul - forget the fact your truck says $19,95 a day and the amount charged was 5x that, $5 for "environmental service," + taxes, so $130. Then when I return the vehicle WITH more gas than I was issued, I'm told I'm being charged a $1/mile for anything over 30 miles, an extra $95. This was not explained to me at the time of pick up, it's not a bullet- it's super small print in the middle of the page. I'll be posting a negative review on every place I can think of.

Charlie BoothThe staff at the location were helpful. However, the instructions they gave me were at odds with the U-Haul interface and app. I was told I would not be able to leave the trailer at the location after I had used it, and that if I did, I would be liable for the trailer. This contradicted what the U-Haul website said, and it was difficult to confirm later that evening where I could leave the trailer. There was a lot of confusion at this and other steps of the process and conflicting info at times on U-Haul's own site. I don't think I'll be using U-Haul again.

JOHN EBNERThey truck I was given for my rental was damaged. They said the previous customer had damaged it, which made it my responsibility to document it to make sure I don't get charged for it. They also told me I wasn't supposed to return it to them, but didn't know where I needed to return it. I had to call U-Haul to find out that I did in fact need to return it to the same location.

Douglas PolkTruck roof was leaky over the front bump out and in rear. Many boxes got soaked and fell apart during unloading. These were packed with expensive rust prone tools, some may have been ruined. Horrible quality issue for a truck rental in the wet pacific NW
Edward ChasteneyReduce locations that don't provide service. I had to go to 3 locations at the start and 2 locations at the end because the beginning didn't have inventory and my drop-off location, that I had been given, didn't have space to store the trailer.

Dee IshamThe location listed on my contract that I had received 24 blankets, but only gave me 6. I moved one way across the country and when I returned my truck I was told because I hadn't returned the other 18 I needed to pay out of pocket for them at $4/blanket. I was told I had no recourse for this because this location put it on my contract. Make sure you triple check quantities of items before signing your rental agreements.

Bruce HulettSite was under-staffed and in need of training. Had a trailer reserved, but it took almost 2 hours before it was made available. The other customers were there at least as long. Almost all of the time was waiting for computer transactions or guidance from an off-site manager.
john filcoatI returned the van with the same amount of gas that it had when we checked it out. They were going to charge me for gas, but I confirmed it was only 3/4 full and it said it on our paperwork. They emailed me the receipt and there was a charge for gas on it. They referred me to someone to resolve it but they are sending it back to the place we rented it from. It would prefer a receipt that I could see before I left.

Llimmy RamosThere was no reason for me to drive 2 hours south to rent a truck. I was told I could certainly pick one up in Olympia. Driving past on the way to puck mine up, I noted 20 trucks in my local lot. Who doesn't need to know, one day before they move, that they do not have their promised equipment? And how does one get to Ridgefield, WA, with no car? Ridiculous.

David DenningYOUR REVIEW OPTIONS DON't ask the relevant question… I hate giving this location a negative review as it wasn't there fault, but don't believe just a comment would open your eyes…….the location and employees are exceptional but the description is CRAP!!!!!! My major and important negative is that of the trailer I reserved. I reserved a 5x9 trailer to transport my lawnmower from being repaired. It was marked 5x9 (BS) I had previously reserved a 5 ft wide trailer to have my mower repaired, with no issues but was 12ft long? Anyways, the so called trailer was listed as a 5x9,, but the width was actually only 53 inches wide. My mower was 52 1/2 inches and had to be loaded with a forklift. Once I got it home, had to dismantle parts to get it out instead of risking damage. I only needed 58 inches for no issues. VERY DISAPPOINTED and I have used Uhaul MANY times. I, along with a uhaul rep measured any and all possible ways to measure the trailer and unable to get anywhere close for the 5ft width. Even measuring the outside rails. VERY UPSETTING AND TIME CONSUMING ON THE REMOVAL OF MY MOWER ONCE HOME. 53 inches is NOT 5 ft. May need to rethink future options.
