Tiffany LWindshield filthy inside and out. I reserved moving pads -- was informed the morning of the move when I picked up the van that no pads were available.....very disappointing and disruptive for the move. Shiela was great; van worked fine.

JEREMY KTell your customers to contact the people on site. Ruth was great in every way. She was patient with my questions and explained the charges as well as the particular quirks of the truck that I rented. My experience in reserving a truck online was not satisfactory. I spent about 15 minutes filling out screens with my personal info and arrived at the last screen when I ran into issues. The first issue was that there was a notification that the size truck I wanted was not available at the location. The second issue was that when I went ahead with the transaction, the site would not acknowledge completion. I had to go by the actual site to complete the transaction. However, once I was there, Ruth was able to sort things out fine and there were at least two trucks like I wanted available.

Clinetta ARequested optional equipment was not available. Make sure to notify customers of the status of optional equipment before the truck transaction. I ordered 3 Dollie's to assist with my whole house move. I had to call around to other Uhaul providers to track down equipment while my movers were on the clock. Terrible experience.

Henrique OThe only problem I encountered was that the truck I reserved thru UHaul's website and was told was guaranteed, was not available at the site I chose to pick it up. So, I had to pay twice the rental price for the one truck that was available. This is a bait and switch scam. When I tried to claim my $50 reward for Uhaul not having the truck that was guaranteed, their website gave me the run-around to the point that I just quit trying. I'm sure this was the desired outcome by Uhaul. Do NOT trust their online biooking service. After booking your truck, call the pickup location and verify that they actually have the truck you reserved. The poor woman running this location said this happens all the time and she has no control over what Uhaul promises (but frequently fails to deliver) on their website.

They got me the right truck AND storage units. They were very patient with us and didn't try and sell us things we didn't need. They are freaking AWESOME!! The sweetest women in the world. I wouldn't have made it through the moving process without them. Oh...and the candy and refreshment was right on time that they offer to the customers. My experience with these two wonderful women was top notch. My girlfriend and I are extremely pleased and as long as they are there, you have us as customer. THANKS MS. RUTH AND MS. SHEILA!!!!!

TONIYETTE SNothing. Shella was very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. Can't ask for anything more especially when it comes to customer service. Also loved the set up for customers coffee,snacks, and water.When I have the need to rent a Uhaul again this will be the place to to go to.

JAMES TEquipment was not as clean as should be. Cigarette butt in cup holder and rear of van was dirty. People at office were very nice and efficient…but I was disappointed to be charged a $10. insurance fee when I had specifically refused the insurance online. I was never asked about it in the office and since I had specified exactly what I wanted and did not want, I didn't mention it further. When I asked why the charge was more than expected, I was told I was charged the insurance fee and that it could not be reversed. I was disappointed!

Dawn OEverything went well. The process was very easy and the ladies were excellent. My only comment would be that the windshield needs to be cleaned on the inside and out. Otherwise, I will continue to rent from this location.
EUGENE GThe representative called me saying I was liable for property damage I didn't contribute too. I brought the truck back and parked in the same area where I got it from. I wasn't advised by the representative to park the truck in another area on the cub. I was only informed by the representative that I could return the truck later that day and to drop the keys in the night Dropbox which I did.
