The van wasn't clean. There was debris and leftover papers and dirt in both the cab and the storage cabin. The tire pressure sensors were out (according to the front desk lady) and showed low tire pressure in both rear tires. There was no contract letter in either the van which showed the fuel gauge reading for reference. The U-Haul mobile app sucks badly requiring login credentials everytime. This is 2020, please have the FaceID or TouchID enabled. It said that the rental contract was available for refueling reference but the app couldn't open a simple PDF. On the bright side, the van engine and drive was smooth and nice.Muhammad H.

This is not looking like a U-Haul location, Since the facility is not primarily U-Haul. Service and particularly information is very poor. The person that attend there is not given the necessary and right information.I have to walk quit a lot to get information from the truck that would be avoided if was informed at the time of renting.FLAVIO D.

The location didn't opened as scheduled. The truck in the contract was not the one whose keys were left in the safe box. The drop box didn't open properly and it was hard to get the key inside at the drop off.Hector D.

Thanks to the location for checking our trailer in 3 days after we dropped it off when they reopened since the online checkin wasn't functioning properly. Note to the U-HAUL IT team, the checkin portion that identifies your location was not working (it wasn't my iPhone because all my other location services were on and functional), so we were unable to do online checkin. That portion should be able to be manually bypassed if the app doesn't work properly.frankie F.
I got to the location and the keys were located in the vehicle so they gave me a bigger van which was ok. I signed and i went on my way. I arrived to my location and the back door was broken and i could not get in the back of the van. I call the location of were i picked up the uhaul and they said they cant help me but to go another location which was 20 min away and they would fix the door. I pulled into the location and i get a call not to go there that i should call road side. I rold the lady on the phone that i just arrived. I sent in and told me to ask for Guillermo which was Super rude. I was explaining what was wrong and he said that he cant help me and walked away. I was so angry and started ranting at him and he said to call road side. He is extremely unprofessional. So i called road side and they said it will take 45 min. I decided i was just going to return my uhaul because i waisted 2 hours and got nothing resolved. As i started driving away Guillermo ran out and that will fix the door. I said ok and he fixed it within 30 min. 2 hours later i get a call from road side assistant saying that they just arrived...... i will NEVER use Uhaul again. Almost every person i spoke with was rude or ga e wrong information. I cant believe what a disaster this move was. When i move again i will not use Uhaul. EXTREMELY disappointedGabriel G.

The equipment was actually broken. The brakes were locked we actually almost crashed. We also ended up paying a lot more for gas due to truck having brakes stuck. I have rented from there before but this experience with the truck wasn't pleasant at all.Giovanni F.

Location was hard to find. No clear signs. We called for better directions, and the person at the desk sounded like she could not be bothered. When we finally found the place, it was a hole in the wall with a sign on the counter asking you to not lean on it. The same girl that answered the phone barely looked at us when she told us to just take the trailer to the other side of the building with the other trailers.and leave it. I tried to pick up at 7:00 before the shop opens using the Uhaul app. The process to go through everything for pick up in the app is overly time consuming. So when I'm finally done with the process around 7:40, the key is nowhere to be found. It turns out the shop owner didn't leave the key in the truck like he was supposed to and I had to wait until 9:00 for him to show up to give me the key. He was very rude and unapologetic when he finally arrived, blaming me for something clearly his fault. Worst experience at a business ever. I will make sure to never recommend using Uhaul to my friends and family ever again.Denny R.

The U-Haul pick-up site, American Wings, was great and friendly. However, dealing with U-Haul directly and the reservation system was highly frustrating and with every call, I received different information and rates. In addition, the truck rented needs power-steering and maintenance. It was very difficult to make turns.Andrea R.

I arrived 10 minutes late from my hour of drop off, the worker that attended me GABRIEL take about 30 long minutes to oversee the truck and make sure things were okay to return, then proceeded to claim I was 40 minutes late, my 10 minutes adding on to his half hour of inspection wanting to charge me for a whole extra day. Called Uhaul customer service and complained, which they proceeded to speak to GABRIEL and had him remove the extra day, whereas in the end I still got complaints fro GABRIEL saying I should not have called that he in the end was not going to charge me an extra day. EXTREMELY dissatisfied with HIS performance, all other personnel were of great help.CAIO M.

They took at least 15 mins to even acknowledge us after we came in. Then the checkin itself took like 30 mins even though I did the "quick" checkin online before going. 1. I was redirected to a far away location which was not the one I originally requested on my online reservation. The availability of the truck was also delayed. From 11:00 am ( requested time on my online reservation) to 12:45 pm actual available time. 2. The truck was dirty and had a very unpleasant odor as if someone had urinated inside the cabin. I notified the agent about the issue. 3. I had originally reserved moving equipment (utility dolly) through my online reservation. Upon finalizing the paperwork at location 3000 NW 79 Ave, Miami FL, 33122, the agent notified me that she didn't have access to equipment and unfortunately I would not be able to take the utility dolly with me. 4. Upon receiving my invoice, charges of the utility dolly were reflected in it. After several inconveniences such as location changes, reservation pick up changes, dirty, fetid equipment, inaccessibility to equipment (utility dolly) - accompanied by strain and burdensome labor- my Uhaul experience got even more ridiculous when they overcharged my account and was only able to resolve the issues after several calls to customer service and 3000 NW 79 Ave, Miami FL, 33122 location.yudith H.

The lady was awesome this is the second time i rent a truck in this location, not like the store at 112th av close to the 25th street we had a 17 feet truck already with this men and at 4pm when we arrived he charged to the credit car 50 miles as minimum, 100 dollars as deposit, 14 more the insurance and the truck rate . Reason i called to get anither truck available and was this one 15 feet and the guy in other uhaul dealer helped me to get this oneBelkis F.
