They had to have given me the dirtiest truck in the lot. It wasn't snowy and hadn't been. They could have cleaned. I was charged an additional $70 for some security load fee? I questioned Miranda why my expense was almost $100 more. Her response was that the invoice given to me in Las Vegas was just an estimate.. never did she say the additional fee was listed on invoice or that it was optional.. terrible..

MAUREEN D.Their was a miscommunication within the reservations dept per this dealer. What I reserved was not what I was given, and they had the incorrect return date, therefore charging me $187 a day vs $19,99 a day. They reported I only rented for 1 day, which was incorrect. $558 later… this was their error, not ours. They played the blame game. I feel they could of corrected this error to retain the customer. I never have had a bad experience with the uhaul dealer across the street which is where we made the original reservation with. Again, not the customer error.
Vanessa L.The location was fine for someone that didn't have to drive two and a half hours to pick one up like I did. If I didn't need it I wouldn't have driven so far to get it. The staff was friendly and helpful on the other hand.

Winfred H.Your online system seems cumbersome for the rental agency. I asked for round trip drop off and they contracted a one way. Then they made me wait while they tried to fix their error. Either fix your system or find a better rental agent.
