Aurelio SabloneService was very good, however with my hearing impairment and the service attendant's inability to speak fluent English, it was a bit of a challenge to complete the rather complex paperwork. It would have been much better if the attendant, considering the circumstances, would have volunteered to help me complete what was required of me rather than simply shouting instructions to me that I was barely able to understand. That would have helped immensely and ease the tension that I felt and I sense they felt also. If that were the case I would have been totally satisfied and given the service an "excellent " rating.

YI WANGTook a long time to check out the car. The staff has given wrong direction to have me call U-Haul to check out the car, and found out can't do it on this location, since that I am losing my queue position, I waited additional 10 mins for another client.

There was a line up of 7 customers trying to check in and it took almost 30 mins which was very frustrating. the vehicle itself and drop off were smooth.

Giorgio CarloniYour website says $0,69 a kilometre but charges are based on miles and rate is $1.75. That is too much. And there is an additional fee of $5.00. Something like 'safe trip' fee on top of the insurance that I took. You should be very clear on your charges. Your on-site rental procedure is too cumbersome. Why do you need two contacts outside of the renter? The online application indicates driver's license photos are optional. But on site, it will be asked. Why not make it mandatory?

siamand MohammadiThe prices are high and the owner is rude and focused only on making money. I rented a cargo van for 2 days and when I returned it at 5:45pm, on the dot (as was his strict rule otherwise I'd have to pay for another day even though my contract said 6 pm return time), he told me he had to charge me for the fuel because it was literally a millimeter difference from the original picture taken of the fuel when I picked it up. I argued that first of all there is no way for me to know exactly how much fuel to pump to bring it back to the exact point it was, but furthermore that the picture he took when I returned the truck was from the left of the fuel gauge where the original picture of the fuel gauge was from directly in front of it which shows a more accurate depiction. He didn't even want to hear it, he hid his phone away so as to end the argument and said to refer to my contract and take it up with head office. This is not the first time i've rented a u-haul, but it was will be the last tim i rent one from this location. 100 000 000 %.

ALLEN STERNMy experience started with a booking at the location of 51 INDUSTRIAL PKWY N, AURORA ON. I received a text confirmation of my booking at THIS location. When I arrived I was told my booking was at a completely different location that I at no point selected. Forcing me to add an additional 30-40 minutes of driving time that took away from my booked rental time . When I arrived at the new location I received the keys to the wrong car, which the owner did not believe me was the case until I had to walk him to the truck to show him that license/serial numbers did not match for him to realize that the keys were infact the wrong ones. And on top of all that the truck itself REAKED of manure and animal stink the entire time. And after all of this I had to stay on the phone with UHAUL support for 45+ minutes because I could not sign in to drop off the vehicle. I would never have spent this ridiculous amount of money if I had known I was going to be subject to this level of stress and annoyance.

Stephanie QuennevilleWe found the sealer very difficult to understand. Made us fill out the app to check in and then he redid what we had done. Didn't give us full instructions on the return. Told us to park the truck and put the key in the box and that's it. When I got home and received a text from U-Haul it say we were supposed to take a video.
David shawThe owner is abrupt. He wasted your time waiting. He needs help in scheduling. My truck had a few leaves in it and he said it was not broom swept. We walked back home to get a broom and swept it. This was sad because he later walked out after we cleaned with a broken m before he gave the truck to the next ciustomer. It was cleaned by us. He could have easily given us his broom. He just wanted to upcharge us.
