Because of the road construction going on in front of this location, it proves a little difficult to get in and out of. But, this is a temporary issue. When I called to check on prices and such, Eric was very helpful and informative and assisted me in making my reservation.

First off not lie on the miles by 150 miles I drove 60miles and from where ample had lied on the odometer making me pay and overage charge and not say you have a certain size at one place and not.

It took over an hour to get my vehicle, and I’m pretty sure I paid twice, once online and another time in person because the online check out didn’t work. I called U-Haul on the phone and talked to Cathy, who tried, although continuously put me on hold, even though I told her that my movers were at my house waiting on me with no U-Haul. I will no longer be using U-Haul for any of my moves.

The check-in process was flawless. I was running late and called worried I’d lose my reservation but Cody’(?) sorry, if I have your name wrong, was patient and reassuring that my truck would be there and to drive and arrive safely. I was able to take my time knowing everything was ready and waiting for me when we arrived. Cody took the time to come out and explain some unfamiliar items inside the cab and patiently did so a few times..lol. It was a wonderful check in experience. Although, Glenn(?) wasn’t as warm and friendly as Cody upon our return, he was professional at all times. Because he was the only one there at the time, he paused several times to answer phones. Even with those the delays, he was able to get me out of there relatively quickly. Overall, excellent service, clean and well-conditioned vehicle and professional staff. We will use you again for all our moving needs. Thank you.

Received confirmation for 10:00 am pick up using mobile app, store opens at 1:00 ,, mobile app failed , employee was there , got truck at 11:30 thanks to employee , he was great, couldn’t get the app to work either, door on 10 ft truck locked in open position, employee said that is common for 10 ft trucks, door will not close sooo still love U-Haul used them for years and will continue

Excellent customer service and location. The only thing is that the van smell like smoke so by the time I was done with its use, my clothes, hands, my items had a smoky smell to it. There was no where in the van indicating "no smoking allowed". Maybe next time I need to see if there was a vehicle that did not allow smoking inside it. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

Local folks in Greenville were fantastic. UHaul, as a company, sucks and I would seek every alternative before considering using them again. Reservation website is awful. 1.800 number worse with long waits then they bounce you from number to number. Website allows you to reserve equipment that is not available. Horrible company that avoids accountability and forces customer to waive most rights in the event U-Haul screws up. Avoid if all possible.

I was having trouble access my account on line after the agent I had spoke to on Friday failed to complete the change requested this after several other issue with the account being handle incorrectly. I was standing outside of the business when the assistant manager Eric Nixon walks - I understand it was before business hours for the storage facility but when I asked for help he was beyond rude on the verge of being hostile because in his words "he couldn't even open up before someone was already standing at the door." I apologize for being there before opening time and tried to explain that I was schedule to pick up a truck at 8:30 but the online system was not allowing me access. He yelled at me and informed me that he was not open and that he didn't even have the computer up he. I will never do business with this facility and in light of the difficulties and confusion connected that I encounter with U-haul if at all possible I will not do business with this company again if I can possibly avoid it.
