KELLIE Bthere was no one there, and no answer to the phone #. No call back to messages. Small sign on outside of building introduced on line return. On line process was good, wish someone had told me about that ahead of time!

Harold KArrived and had to wait for the owner to arrive. Took the owner 1,5 hours to get the process started and completed due to numerous interruptions from friends and other customers. Owner stated that they had been at a lake partying the night before and he didn't "upload the paperwork so he would own the mistake" He was not listening and not attentive. He was preoccupied with all the company that was in and out of the shop and the party they were preparing for.

LEIGHANN CContract was not explained properly. The last time I rented a trailer they pro rated my time and this time in used the trailer the same amount of time and they don't want to prorated my time!
