Anderson Island UHaul has been more than accommodating and I cannot recommend them enough.

Rick WI drove 6 miles and then was told to fill the tank to Full before returning the truck, which I did and the truck took 6 GALLONS of gas, $35,9 in gas to drive 6 miles. I need a refund for clearly the gas tank reading, though said "Full" when I rented the truck, had more than 6 gallons of room in the tank, so "Full" is very squishy. I immediately turned around, as the store the Uhaul is in sold me the gas, said I had to take it up with you. I have been ripped off and need a refund for it is high-robbery to charge me a gallon a gas per mile. Your fuel tank is faulty.

Patty JI was ready to pick up the trailer in Auburn at 10 am and received a phone call after 9 am that the only 6' by 12' trailer available was at the U-haul on Anderson Island. I agreed to drive the extra 24 miles each way so that I could start packing the trailer that day. She would credit my card $50 for the inconvenience and $50 for the ferry ride across to the island. We had to wait in line for over an hour before we could cross. We arrived at the location to find their computer was slow and hence another delay. Once we secured the trailer we learned the taillight adapter was the wrong size. She did not have the correct one available to purchase and suggested we stop by O'Reilley's and pick one up once we reached the mainland. An additional $19 charge. The next ferry run was at 3 pm, we had time to eat lunch and wait in line for 2 more hours. We were ready to board when the captain alerted us that he would not let us board because the tide was out and the trailer was too low to cross. We would need to catch the 5 pm ferry. This little jaunt ended up taking an entire day and we did not get back to my residence until 7 pm. This set me back a day to load the trailer since we were slated to pull the trailer to California early Saturday morning. I kept calling U-Haul to see if another trailer was available because we kept running into roadblocks and kept getting detained. They assured me that Anderson Island had the only size. If I would have known on Tuesday when I secured the trailer that the trailer was not going to be at the Auburn location or King County, I would not have booked with U-Haul and would have rented through another outfit. My time and gas was worth more than a $50 discount
