Janice LAnderson Services is a great place to rent a UHaul. I was in checked in quickly and was on my way right at opening time of 8 am. I would highly recommend renting from them.

Kevin AThis is my second time renting from this dealer. Staff is efficient, courteous and friendly. I appreciate that they connect the equipment and check your lights. Not every U-Haul dealer I've rented from has done that. Equipment was clean and in perfect working order. My only recommendation for improvement would be a few more motion lights in the return area. When I returned the trailer, it was dark. Some more illumination would help during disconnect, getting wheel blocks, etc.

gary cOnly problem I had was my Rental Drop Off Location change and I had no idea and did not get a text or email.
Dalton WI want to give Anderson Services 10 stars; they restored my hope in U-Haul. The first TWO U-Haul reservations I made were for a location that was over an hour and a half past their opening time and another that didn't open at all. I was beyond frustrated! As I was driving back home, my nephew recommended Anderson Services; a God sent! I was hesitant because I didn't want to be disappointed for a third time. Welp, third time is a charm because I had a great experience! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and the attendant was super helpful, knowledgeable, and empathetic. I was finally able to get moved and the return process was easy as well. Thank y'all so very much for all of your professionalism, you saved my move!!

When I arrived to the drop location I was told the lot was full and I ha e to drive another 1 hour to drop the trailer elsewhere....when I called UHAUL route scheduling I was told there is nothing they could do. Please contact t me ASAP about my experience

Dave HEnsure the trucks are fully serviced along with ensuring that the air conditioning is maintained properly and working. Additionally, when customs are making long trips (which is obvious per the reservation destinations etc.) DEFINITELY make sure the AC works but also make sure it especially works during the heat of the summer. Will never do business again with uhaul unless I am compensated for the inconveniences and will be sure others are made aware as well.
