liliana mThe agent informed me that I could return the trailer to ANY U-Haul location but neglected to inform me that I could be charged two times the cost of the rental for that luxury. I dropped the trailer at one location the had to go back, pick the trailer up and deliver it to another location after being informed of the policy mentioned above. Please educate your agents/dealers about this issue.

Joshua JYes- the 6'x12' enclosed trailer was clean. NO- on the maintenance. ALL lights, on trailer, were functioning when we left the site and Mobile, AL. Running lights stopped working during the drive to the destination in northeast MS. .Hazzards, turn indicators and brake lights were functioning!!! I was pulled over in Macon MS and given a ticket. "I've never been pulled over during my 50+ yrs of driving. I'm a 65 yrs old lady !!! Suffice it to say, I broke out with hives. (UHAUL states they will pay this ticket before the due date of 04/16/2024)

Arlin SThe Uhaul location and quality was excellent. However when I attempted to use the app for my rental return, I wasn't able to close out. I took photos 4 times and still wasn't able. At 8 pm at. Night I eventually had to just drop the keys.

Derek HBe more transparent in explaining conflicts with the website and online check in. I checked in online and picked my return location for a one-way rental. At the location for pickup, I was told I had to call and request a drop off location once I arrived. When I called, I was told the location I had to take the truck to and that it could not be changed. When I got there, there was no one there, but I had to call a number. I was told to drop the keys in a return box and did not have an opportunity to show the vehicle was returned in good condition. It made me nervous that I could not show no damage had occured. In the past, when this was the situation, I was notified my vehicle had been in a wreck and suffered serious damage and that I was responsible. That was corrected with an attorney, but left a bad tase in my mouth.

Thelma BI lost the key to the truck and looked online and it said you would be able to pay a small fee and get a replacement key. The place I rented from doesn't have a spare key. So 200 dollars to the locksmith for a literal, one minute job,

Nur EAfter leaving site there were 4 red warning lights on the dash. ABS, Traction Control, TPM and a trailer. Called site and was told I would get a call. Never happened.

Andrew UI had no idea I was renting from some guy's front yard. While James was very friendly, I was not aware there would be no absolutely assistance whatsoever ever at this location. "Ok, you hook it up and I will come back to take pictures." The trailer was parked under a tree in a wet uneven yard. It was like a bad scene from a Chevy Chase movie. The entire experience was like a monkey humping a football.

TAMARA KVery easy to work with. I had a problem with the mobile check out (not the fault of this location) and they were very knowable about how to navigate the website and correct the problem. Very polite and friendly owners. I've rented from here before and strongly recommend them to others.

Derrick PCheck-in took 30 minutes instead of the 15 minutes the APP said. There should be an easier way to check in for older customers who aren't as "up-to-speed" as younger, more tech savey customers.
