The U-Haul website was slow and made the process a little slower. The towing dolly was in good shape and worked perfectly. Will use again.

Dan SThe address doesn't take you to the right location in Google maps. It takes you to the back side of the building where their are two residences. The entrance is actually off another street one block to the west. That said, the lady in charge of the location was very knowledgeable, professional, and a joy to work with. My order had gotten changed several times and I was told she was unable to print my contract out for me. She emailed it, but I never received the email either. Consequently, I never had a contract or receipt. The more you push people online, the more hassles it is for the customer.

Brian MLocation was in a neighborhood, the gate was just open, car was there but no one answered the door. I was able to return it after much frustration via the app. The location was very run down and somewhat scary. It was convenient to where we were heading.

Constance SPhone customer service was terrible. Were quoted different prices on phone then when I picked up the truck. Very frustrating when you are making decisions on what you will do based on price. Next time I will try somewhere else to see if I get a honest answer.

James GVehicle smelled like fuel in the back. The staff at the location was amazing and helpful. My complaint isn't about that location. My complaint is about UHaul in general. I reserved my truck Three Weeks in advance at the Oxford location (7 minutes from my home). The day before the move I got a call that I had to pick up my U-Haul 30 minutes away. When I called to research I found out that the Oxford location was closed for entire holiday weekend so why in the world would they have ever accepted my reservation

diana tThe staff member was very helpful, friendly and professional. U-haul needs to get a better description of exactly where they are located. Their entrance is actually on N. Vine St. and not Dair Avenue in Harrison.
Michael BI would not recommend this location to a friend if they were picking up the rental after the business closed for the day. It was very difficult to find the entrance because GPS takes you to an address around the corner from the entrance and the key box was very hard to find without detailed instructions. If picking up during business hours i think it would be easier because there would be employees that could help you find the rental.
