I ordered this truck because the description said it had a ramp. When we get to our location to load, guess what no ramp. I ordered moving blankets , guess what no blankets resulting in my cases getting broke. Will I ever rent from U-Haul again. Absolutely not. Will I recommend U-Haul again, absolutely not. Will I tell everyone I know about this experience you better believe it. I paid out 108 return the truck in less than 5 hrs and then some smart ass woman calls wanting the truck back! Why wasn't it checked in by noon. Where is it I will put a locator on you. Well you can bet this is one x customer and I'm going to tell if everyone about this miserable experience.

Aaron CI arrived at 8:00 a.m., my assigned time. Had to wait for 15 minutes before representative arrived. Someone with representative told me I didn't need light cable hookup. I questioned it but was reassured small trailers didn't need. I called uhaul and was told I could go to a dealer near me to get the cable. The representative on Parsons Street in Columbus Ohio provided me with one. He was great. I was traveling from Ohio to Florida and if I wouldn't have had the lights on the trailer I could have been fined or had an accident.

Patrick WThe location and staff itself was great HOWEVER I won't be renting a UHaul ever again. After having issues on the app I was on hold for over an hour and still never spoke to anyone. I was then hung up on! I attempted to do the live chat 3 times with no results and one agent ending the chat on me. I sent emails and was never replied to either. This was the worst experience I've ever had and the only thing that saved it a little bit was the kind workers and angles garage. I am so frustrated and will not recommend U-Haul to anyone ever again.
James MArea was in the middle of nowhere and surrounded by junked trucks and cars. The key pick up box was very far away from the truck and you had to weave through a bunch of scrapped vehicles.

Sean MThe truck I rented had a huge leak in the roof of the area overhainging the driver's seat. As the truck sat in my driveway during the night before the move, rain fell heavily and in the morning the truck was full of water, which we had to dry before we loaded our mattresses, etc. It continued to rain during the move and things in back continued to get wet. Everything was soaking wet when we got to our destination. It looked like attempts had been made to patch the leak; but it was still leaking badly.

Tracey cIMPORTANT - just because you are choosing a pick up location doesn't mean ANYTHING! First, call that location to see if they even have it. If not, call the logistics person at UHAUL. So they can coordinate a place on the way and you can plan for it. So Crucial! IF you do this all will go well :)

She worked very hard to find a rental for me on a high demand weekend. Also, the folks at my pickup location, Angles garage in Jackson, Ohio, were just great. Friendly, helpful and I would definitely use them again.

We dropped off the van at 5 pm and was charged an extra day...seems like there should be an hour rate for the first two hours or something

IRA EOld truck, ran rough, rates are horrible, 99 cents a mile + filling it back up, small selection of available trucks, next time going with different company. Your locations can only be as good as the product you supply them with.

John KWe had reserved a truck to move inventory from one office to another, and decided we needed a bigger truck than we had initially decided on. Jill was very helpful and she was able to quickly change things in the system to get us the biggest truck they had on the lot. She was very friendly and accommodating.

CHARLES SI called and stopped in the day before the rental to make sure our rental would be ready at 8 am. The lady at the desk said she was the only one who takes cares of Uhaul but did not mention that she would be absent on our rental day. Nobody else could help us when we arrived at 8 am the next day. One man tried unsuccessfully to get on the uhaul site, he was the only one interested in customer service. I had to call uhaul directly to get the rental paid for. Every time I use this facility there is a problem, but they are the only place in Jackson, OH with Uhaul.
