EARNEST HOverall, I like this location. It's convenient and the staff is readily available to greet you. As far as improvements maybe a vehicle walk around with the customer when picking up and dropping off. At this location it's more of a self serve scenario.

Hugh PI did not like the call confirmation my reservation telling me I needed to pick the van up at another location. This was my preferred location and a golf cart ride from my home. Please don't let that happen again. Merci

Daniel FI will never be using uhaul again. I was charged for multiple tolls in which where I'm at we have 1 toll road that iNEVER TAKE. I asked for the pictures and the paperwork but never received it , sent 2 emails and no reply but my credit card was charged so y'all enjoy that $23 because it just cost you a lot of money since I rented trailers almost every week but I'll be using someone else

James KUpon drop off the gentleman forgot to log the equipment into the system . This caused an issue with the systems tracking office, questioning where and when was the trailer rental was dropped , day, and address of location .
Everett OThere was a huge flying roach inside the van and it was dirty and had white dirt or sand all over the cargo area. It would be nice if one of the employees will come out and do the walk around when you first rent it with the customer and make sure that the right miles are written down, I wrote down the wrong miles And I got overcharged and it still has not been fixed

Christian EThe truck was sold old and broken down that it struggled to start and keep running. Additionally, the headlights did not work correctly so it made driving at night very difficult. The furniture dolly that was provided as part of the rental was horrible. The wheels did not spin correctly which caused damage to the floors as we were moving out. We had to purchase one from Home Depot and stop using the one rented from UHaul because of how bad in shape the gear was. This rental was the WORSE experience I have had with UHAL. I will be looking to a different rental company next time I need to move things.
steve bI was charged for an appliance dolly at the rate of $ 120, I was told there was no dolly available so I purchased one from home depot. Mahendra BBoth trucks we rented had mechanical issues. The first one the check engine light came on during our Trip. The next day the second one we rented the a/c didn't work and in Florida heat. But the staff were very professional and friendly. They can't control the mechanical problems we had so our experience was still great

Jessica HLot was very open and easy to maneuver the only part was I returned after hours and they didn't have much for lights. Is it needed no but it would make it easier for less experienced drivers.
