I was told the place would be close when I arrive to begin with. Then the website to self checkout didn't work it wouldn't share my location and because of that it wouldn't allow use to go any further. Just horrible all the way around .
Parking is tight
when the pick-up is confirmed for 9 am the provider needs to be there. She did not arrive until 9:40 am. The computer was not operating properly. I did not leave there until 10:55 am. Not acceptable in my opinion.
Verify mobile rental sooner. Stood in parking lot for 20 minutes waiting for confirmation before I could get the lockbox unlocked (cut in to my rental time)
