Very good experience. I had a problem opening the lock box but lady came up and opened up. I could not open hand latch . She said the weight of lock sometimes prevents the lock from opening. She might say this in the future who tries to open the lock remotely

Niels vThe pick up was easy and the staff was friendly and helpful. The drop off was a nightmare. I did not have the app, so I had to download it to do the return. The sign that said to use the app indicated there would be some unknown charge if the app was not used. I spent an extra 45 minutes at the location trying to get through using the app for the return. In the future, I will look for a provider that does not require me to use their app.

Susan EFix the problems with the uhaul online return program. Twice now at 2 deifferent locations it would not work nor would the barcode return. Other than that no problems with locations or rentals

DOROTHY HOn the page where you select on my phone or at the counter, there should be a statement to arrive at least 30 min early if using "on my phone" option because it took about 35 min to get checked in, approved for the key code and to inspect the truck and take photos of everything they want you to take photos of which went Into my rental time.

I was forced to agree with all the information contained within the app, (including fuel level) before I was given the code to obtain the keys to visually verify the level of fuel in the tank. I was later charged for fuel.

Drew MI returned the truck 2days early and drove approximately 30 miles over the given amount. It would have been nice if I hadn't been charged for those few miles when U-Haul was given back 2 additional days to rent their truck sooner.

Lexus MI returned the truck right over 3/4 tank and let the office lady know I had issues with the gas station pump shutting off numerous times like the truck was full. She said that she would have the driver take a look and call me back. No one called and next thing I know there is a fuel charge of $66,68 on my credit card. That is horrible customer service and robbery. My concern should have been followed up on and not swept under the rug. They are a shady location and I will never use them again.
Denise bUhaul smelled of fresh cigarette smoke in both the main cabin as well as the trunk. I am still confused on how I was quoted one price online when I reserved the vehicle and paid about $40 more once I picked the vehicle up.

Michael GI had a little trouble finding the location because the name of the drop off wasn't on the storefront. It was a different name. Other than that, the office girl was very quick and helpful and it was an easy drop off.

RICHARD GThe woman handling rentals was unprofessional and rude. She attempted to give us a truck that was clearly on its last leg, motor clicking and would not make it up the small hill to leave the parking lot adjacent to the Uhaul location. When we returned it immediately, she pulled out keys to a different truck before I finished my sentence, indicating she knew the truck she gave us wasn't fit to drive but she tried giving it to us anyway (I can only assume because we had questioned why she needed as much information as she requested and why she was taking images of the DL on what appeared to be a personal cell phone - simple questions, I would've thought). When I had to call back to unfortunately extend the rental, we were not met with any more helpful attitudes. Not only will I not be using this location in the future, I will be sure none of our friends or family make the same mistake.

ABRAHAM HMight want to move the key box to an easier accessible location, grease the locks so they don't rust and stick badly, and get the fire zone marked so others don't park there and have to come back in the middle of a move so the car doesn't get towed. Just adding up those miles we get charged for. And for the love of all that's holy, fix that horrible excuse for an app. This would have gone a lot smoother if it worked.

Leslie MCame into the office of screaming and cursing in the back room with a couple of teenage kids, sitting up front yelling at their parents to stop fighting. That was on the pick up. Very unprofessional and they have no business representing your company. The drop off was horrible. There was no one around at 5 PM to receive the trailer. Once someone came out, they told me to back down and around the corner to drop the trailer off. Finally when I was done on hooking it, the guy came back and said will email you all the paperwork. Another horrible experience.
Scott LWhen picking up the van, its front tire was quite flat, with a warning appearing on the dashboard. The manager recalled knowing the issue but apologized it had not been fixed prior to our rental. They asked if I minded finding a gas station to pump it up and that if it continued to be an issue to call them and they will send someone to fix it. By the time I located a gas station with functional air I had used up >30 minutes of my short booking time. Thankfully, we completed what we had planned early and could return the van in time. The manager was apologetic again and was otherwise very professional and helpful. The van was generally clean, although there was still dog hair all over the passenger seat - presumably from the previous renter. Not a big deal though. Van drove nicely.

Antonio WThey moved, I couldn't find their new location. Finally called them, to find out where they were, he said they had moved to a strip mall, "near the end next to Sally's nails"). No sign on the building, no U-Haul trucks out front to indicate there was an office there, The people were great, no problems with the vehicle or the rental, but it would really help if they werent hiding the office.
