Stop with the ridiculous over mileage rate!!! A customer has the right to use whichever route he/she feels is the most safe and effective route and NOT the route that U-Haul deems best. Road conditions and congestion, which U-Haul has no idea of, As long as the equipment is returned, in good condition, on and at the agreed upon time and place, there shouldn't be any over charges!!!!!

willam sI made a reservation weeks in advance for the Enterprise location. The day before my reservation, I get a text saying the truck is in Slocomb (roughly 45 minutes away). This turned what should've been a 30-45 minute trip into about 3 hours. All while I'm trying to move. If you can't supply a truck at the agreed location, please give more than 24 hours notice.

JAMES SThis has to be the best U-Haul location I've ever visited. Fast service very helpful and friendly service. This was the second time I used this location and I will be using it in the future. The lady at the front counter gives U-Haul a good name.
JERRY HI rent from U-Haul fairly regularly and this was my most pleasant experience. I will be renting from this location from now on.

BILL MTry not reassigning your customers an hour away from their requested pickup location the day prior to pickup!! This really screwed up my schedule with hired movers. As mad as I was at Uhaul for doing this I was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism displayed by those at Antique Angels when I finally located the truck. They helped ease my displeasure immensely!

JAMES SMy card was charger for unauthorized fees. Without my permission. I was not informed until after the fact. I will have made contact with the uhaul location who refused to return the unauthorized charges. I never received notice that I would be charged. NO I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND. I find this whole experience exhausting and total BS. If I would have known that this place was going to keep my card of file and apply whatever charges whenever they like I would have went with Hertz where they do not steal from single mothers that struggle to make ends meet. For a company this big to be this fraudulent is unbelievable a spit in the face of hard working people. I want a responds immediately and a return of my money before I get the authorities involved.
